Local Plumbing & Sewer is our go-to plumber. We own rental properties and Matt has always been responsive, communicative and thorough. Moreover, he leaves a job site cleaner than he finds it! Matt recently helped us with an emergency situation - our main water feed pipe froze on one of the coldest days of the year. Matt came out and no only found the spot where the feed froze, but fixed it! We had water 12 hours after realizing they froze without any damage.

Matt replaced the expansion tank on my boiler and installed a new PRV. Arrived on schedule. Completed the work in an orderly, efficient and very clean manner.
