    I am more than thrilled with the portico project done on my home that was completed in August 2024. I would give 10 stars if I could!! I requested an estimate from Mitchell Precision Builders to do a complete refacing of my current portico, to a design that I saw in a photograph that I loved. I do not even have enough words to say how extremely outstanding the work was done by the builders. They took a copy of my photograph and transformed my home beautifully into a replica with unprecedentedly expert attention to all detail. This was not an easy project, especially in trying to copy just a photograph and they more than excelled in every aspect. The photographs I added will show my gorgeous completed project first, and my old project second. Mitchell Precision Builders is the best and will always be my choice for all projects at my home.

    Paige and his team are very professional and considerate people. I just got my parents home fixed with them. Initially a small job well done, turned into a project for their basement. They showed care in their work and worked late to meet my timeline as I was going to be out of country. They went above and beyond, worked even weekends and thanksgiving morning. No matter what happens, they try to make things right.

    Coming from Jersey 2 years ago, I didn’t know who I could trust. I really lucked out selecting Mitchell Precision Builders as our contractors. They converted a window and installed a whole new sliding patio door (pure perfection!), replace an existing sliding door in the kitchen, installed new laminate floors in the hallway and living room floor (that required leveling and was done incorrectly before we moved in). There were so many little things that we also wanted to complete and the team did not hesitate to complete the little things I added to their “To-do-list” (tons of holes on the walls left by the previous owner) has put an end to our 2 year wait to get this done.     During the winter storms, my roof leaked and there was bad water damage to one of the bedrooms in my house.They came to the house and assessed the damage. I had the estimate sent to my insurance company and I set up an appointment to have the repairs done.I was impressed at how fast they came to repair the damage and they showed up exactly when they said they would be here.I was talking to the owner and found that disaster repairs was one of many things they were accomplished at doing. Within a week, I hired MPB to Install a new wood floor on the first floor and all new carpeting on the second floor and a few other odd things as well.There was no pressured sales. They gave recommendations and showed me many options of what I could do. We decided what to do and they started work right when they said they would.Bottom line, this is what I experienced throughout both projects:- They knew exactly what they weretalking about during the sales processand their pricing was more than fair.- No pressure to buy the best, explainingthe pros and cons of each option.- They kept me updated during eachproject.- They showed me their work at the end ofthe each day and explained what theywere going to complete the next day.- Professional, knowledgeable, friendly,showed up on time each day, completedeach project on time, were open tochanges during the process, workedtirelessly during each day and theircraftsmanship was incredible.
