We had called so many services and Bob Church was the only one to respond, but the best one to have responded. After an initial delay in the original estimate (hes a busy senior that sticks to old school mail) he went way above and beyond to finish a severely time restricted, bureaucratically regulated and funded, massive septic system. He has decades of experience that he used to adjust the engineering plans into something that functions in real life versus paper, and due to his level of involvement he caught impending deadlines for the project that we would have missed.
