    These guys were AMAZING! Im in property management and work with contractors every day. This entire team was very professional! Took every precaution to protect our lawn, as well as our neighbors. No mess in our basement or our house. They put down drop cloths to protect our floors leading to the basement. I dont think I have ever worked with a contractor that made a job look so easy. Thanks again to the entire crew that installed our two new basement windows.

    Overall, extremely impressed from the initial call, to scheduling, and to the service/work performed. There was one point that was not clear or I did not understand, but even that, was resolved. I think I was most excited that I did not pay until the job was done and the fact they told me 1 day unless they run into problems and it ended up only taking a little more than a half day. It was also super hot and humid that day, but they workers kept at it until the job was done.

    Had them install an egress window in my basement yesterday. Top notch service, very respectful of my house and left ZERO mess. Guys were easy to talk to and actually took the time to explain to me what they were doing, as they went along installing it (I was curious as to how they did it so I watched them nearly the 4 hours they were there). My 6 year old son was hesitant of moving his room to the dungeon, and now that the window is in, he is actually excited! lol One Source was by far the cheapest, and that usually that lacks quality, although I believe now it was the cheapest and probably the highest quality I could have received. Highly Recommended! Curtis, Cody and the guys are great!

    This company is amazing! Curtiss got our quote back to us same day, he was available via text and email and was quick to answer any questions we had and their bid came in at a fantastic price. They replaced our egress window well and also installed a new window. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job. The guys that came that day also left behind the extra dirt and tamped it down for us for our grading which was the nicest thing. I cant recommend this company enough!

    I worked with One Source KC to install an egress window for my basement. They were fantastic. Curtiss came out to my house for the initial bid...out of 4 different companies, not only did Curtiss explain things to me that nobody else did, he also recommended other reputable companies that I used for foundation issues and sprinkler systems.Curtiss was also communicative, which is important to me. He let me know when his guys would be here and what to expect.The guys on his team (Brandon, Ben and Dillon I think) were all very polite and incredibly helpful. They cleaned up after the job was done, made it look as good as they possibly could...and then said if they needed to come back in a few months when things settle, they would come back and help make it look good.Would absolutely recommend to anyone installing an egress window!

    We hired One Source to install a basement egress window. I got 2 quotes and chose them only because they were a few thousand cheaper than the other quote. Having done a full house renovation we’ve had good and bad subs (mostly bad), so I really like to highlight when we find a GREAT one like One Source.They communicated when they’d arrive, showed up right on time, and completed the work in less time than anticipated. It’s pretty rainy so we were worried about machinery ruining our grass but they took extra care to cause no damage and even tamp down ruts and fluff the grass that got flattened. They even spread the leftover removed dirt in flower beds for us. They left the job site super clean and you can’t even tell our yard was driven through.I’d never heard of them before doing some googling for an egress window but can highly recommend them!

This crew showed up On time - With all the tools and material needed ! They brought a Can Do attitude and Experiance with them. Having managed projects and work crews , I am Not easily impressed ! All I can say - IF you want it done right, on time, without excuses - Call Curtis. And dont worry !! They did All the windows in the basement , including egress. Highly Reccomend.

    We recently had One Source KC out to install 2 egress windows. From the first inquiry to the last interaction we were impressed with the speed of response, the attention to detail and the professionalism of this company. The week of installation it rained a lot. Our start day was pushed back one day - we didnt have to call and track them down, they called us first thing to update the schedule. The next day they started right in - taking steps to protect our lawn as it was completely saturated. Our soil has a lot of clay in it and the going was tough on the exterior. But they still finished both windows in two days. They were very neat and cleaned up after the work both inside and outside. The windows look AMAZING and we are extremely happy with them. The window wells are neat and the faux-stone looks great. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
