    Contacted Rocky Allen to come out to give me an assessment of how bad my foundation had become. Rocky checked and the SE corner of my foundation had dropped up to 2 and a quarter inches. Rocky set a date for his crew to come start the work, and his crew with the foreman Billy were on site first thing the date promised to start. Rocky showed up as well. Billy and Rocky went though the plan with me, and they started the project. After 4 days they completed the project completely. Rocky and Billy kept me informed every step of the way. My house is level for the first time in quite a while. Rocky and his team are very professional and did exceptional work.Thank you Rocky and the entire team!

    So where to begin. I received many quotes to level our home after the tornado came through in May of 2024. After many discussions with my wife we kept coming back to Claude Allen because of one thing he said, “Sir I am going to treat your house as if it was my home “. The professionalism was second to none. As I was talking to his crew through out the 10 days you can tell this is a family business with not just the owner but the entire crew!. 5 stars are not enough to rate there work. I appreciate your work ethic and attention to detail. Thank you!

    I would recommend Claude Allen to anyone looking to repair their Home Foundation, price is reasonable and the staff did an excellent job.     This company was amazing. , Awesome family business , It was a blessing to have Claude Allen to do my Major foundation work on my pier and beam home.     We contacted Claude Allen Specialized House Leveling Foundation Repair & Concrete because part of our house was sliding backwards down our sloped lot and the pier and beam foundation was super unstable, causing increasingly large cracks in the sheetrock throughout. The estimate from Claude Allen was higher than the others we got but we felt they had a better understanding of our older homes issues and their proposed repairs sounded more long-lasting and comprehensive. Once scheduled, the crew came out and got right to work, raising the floor, replacing beams, and adding more substantial support where needed. For the first time in several years, all of our interior doors open and close with ease, the wood floors squeak much less, and most importantly, the back room is no longer separating from the house. Everyone from estimate to final walkthrough were very professional and easy to work with.     Claude was amazing, we had a major foundation issue identified while contractors were fixing other issues and they were able to come out quickly and work around the other contractors schedules. We dont know much about foundation issues and they made us feel very comfortable showing us photos of under the house and explaining exactly what they were doing and why. Great family owned company!

    I cant say enough good things about the team at Claude Allen! They worked hard for us. Tristan, Billy, Mouse, and everyone was professional, friendly, and kept us apprised of everything going on. They leveled our house, then Billy came and repaired/replaced the vents. He did a top notch job! Really appreciate his and everyones hard work.     I can’t recommend Rocky and his team enough at Claude Allen house leveling and repair. They just finished up a job for us (extending our backyard patio) where they exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond! Rocky kept me updated throughout the whole process with excellent communication. He explained each step, answered all my questions and even sent me photos at the end of each day as I wasn’t able to be home while they worked on our project. The entire project was done so quickly and the quality is excellent! I’m so glad we found and used this company. We will be using Claude Allen for any future needs and recommending them to friends and family.

    The guys just left our property, and the only thing that looks different is fresh dirt around the underpinning, and straight gaps in the doors. The work done was exactly as was explained to me.     We needed the steps and sidewalk done to our front porch area. I originally had stated that I just wanted to use the same design as before. Rocky had a great suggestion to widen the steps all the way across. A small suggestion with a huge outcome. It made it feel like an actual entryway to our door. It feels inviting and let’s us decorate since we actually have a front porch now. Another great service was that it unexpectedly starting to pour while they were putting the last touches on the project. The man literally waited under our carport for 1.5 hours constantly going back and fixing the problems the rain was creating. Commitment is an understatement for this company.

    Rocky came out to our home today… we had some questions and concerns regarding our foundation and some cracked tiles. I was prepared for the worst and prayed for the best.     Claude Allen did an amazing job leveling my pier and beam house! The first thing they did was to take off their shoes and put thick plastic over any carpet they might have to walk on to get to the closet where they could get under the house. In a few hours, they leveled the house, showing me pictures of what they were seeing and what they were doing throughout the process. When they left, I had a clean home that was LEVEL! EXTREMELY professional! I strongly recommend the Claude Allen team!
