    In todays world where every penny matters I usually work on any home maintenance issues I can. When our valve to turn on/off water to the whole house began leaking, I knew I was not equipped to handle that job on my own. I researched local plumbers looking for the right one for the job. After reading through numerous reviews and company pages, I settled on Home Hero. Josh answered the phone himself, talked through the issue with me, and was there later the same day. He was knowledgeable and helpful, was not afraid of questions, and was upfront & honest in his responses. His price for the job was fair and did not break the bank. The next time you need a plumber for a job, I would highly recommend Home Hero.

    Josh And Trey finished part of my basement. they placed a couple walls, ran wiring and placed a drop ceiling. Their skills are top notch. The drop ceiling they placed for me did not have much clearance due to height of basement so they took several extra hours modifying the metal track system to ensure I could get the highest ceiling possible. Something they did not have to do but wanted to make sure it was the best it could possibly be. Very professional and always willing to listen to any concerns we had. If you are looking for a contractor to complete a simple job to a major one look no further than Home Hero. You will not be disappointed. I could not be any happier with the job they completed for me. The drop ceiling turned out amazing and like I said they are true professionals who care about the quality of their work.

    Had Josh and his partner out to fix my sink a few months ago. They came out quickly, did an awesome job, and it was cheap! Today I thought my hot water tank was making noises and had them come out and look; turns out it was actually a big leak underneath the house. They couldn’t manage to get into my crawl space but they still helped me shut the water off to the house and gave me a good referral for another local business. Josh even called back later that night to make sure I’d found someone else to help me. Great dudes and great business!

    Josh installed a new hot water tank for us. They were done in no time and charged the amount quoted, which was much less than other installers quoted. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend.

    We called about a toilet that was not working and were prepared to have it replaced along with the tile that it was grouted into. Josh was willing to do that for us, but he also offered to save us money by simply fixing the problem with our existing one. Would your handyman service do that?He made time to fix some other things that I asked about while he was here. Josh was very patient and knowledgeable about questions I had regarding some other things were wanting to do to our house.I highly recommend his services. My husband and I plan to hire him for a few more jobs soon.

    I had a very steady water leak in my bathroom which I was extremely concerned about causing water damage. The business owner (Josh) took my call and was at my home (which was 30 minutes from his business) in just over an hour with all of the tools and supplies to fix my problem. His pricing was very fair (which was awesome for an emergency at 7:30 PM.) I am extremely thankful for Josh and his fair, honest, and quick response and for bailing me out of a problem!!) He did great work!

    Our kitchen sink completely clogged. No matter what we tried, we could not get the clog to clear. I called Josh at Home Hero at 8:50am and he was in my driveway at 9:15am. Talk about responsive! Great work, nice guy, good value! I wouldnt hesitate to call him again!

    Had to stop using my sink because of a leak. Called these guys on a weekend and they came out first thing Monday morning and fixed everything. He texted me ahead of time to let me know he was coming and arrived early. Quick and solid work. Very happy and will use this service again!

    I called several other places before Josh. Zero returned my call. We talked and I informed him of everything I could share. He promptly arrived as stated. He listened, assessed, and repaired my trouble in less than 15 minutes. I had been without water for a week trying to find someone to help. Two other plumbers suggested I get on a waiting list for 3 weeks. Josh actually apologized for fixing so quickly and having to charge his under hour fee....it was $3 more than I offered someone that does it on the side and not certified. I really cant be happier with Joshs services! Hes now my permanent guy contact for my home and rentals!

    I cant say enough good things about them. I had multiple plumbing issues that they found and took care of. I sincerely highly recommend them.     This is a honest and knowledgeable business. Josh could have charged me to replace my faucet but instead found my problem to be my Pure water filter’. He made a minor adjustment. Replacing a small part for free.Replaced my garbage disposal and explained to me the proper way to maintain my disposal.

    I reached out with a few small odd jobs we were trying to get done in our home. Josh came out a couple days later and knocked the jobs out. He provided guidance on what supplies to purchase. And his rates are wonderfully affordable. He will be coming out to complete a second small job for us and we hope to use him in the future as we continue with house updates and projects.

    Josh and Trey are awesome. I bought a new house in June of 21 and they’re really the only ones I’ll call to have stuff done. They’re quick, thorough and charge a very reasonable rate. One of my favorite things about Home Hero is they explain the job to you and what’s wrong in terms you can understand and don’t beat around the bush trying to upsell or give you stuff you don’t need. I would recommend them to anyone needing stuff done around the house you don’t feel comfortable doing or don’t have the time for. Awesome business!

He doesnt do Sunday service, but God bless him, he took pity on me and came within the hour. Fixed my problem, thankfully! And charged me a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Home Hero!
