I just hired Intercrus Decks to make a deck for my backyard and I am very pleased with the outcome. The whole thing was awesome from the beginning to the last minute. Excellent workmanship has been done. They managed to align all the boards so well I would not find a flaw; also, there were no imperfections in it at all. It felt like such a strong load bearing structure while looking good enough to exceed any of my standards for perfection in detailed design or precision workmanship. My overall experience with Alex’s team was very good. The staff’s professional behavior ensured that everything went on well without any hitches. -

I had a very satisfying experience with Intercrus Decks!I looked at many websites for deck work needed at my home. The house was built about 45 years ago. I always liked the design of the deck but over the years the the railings and some of the deck planks had rotted. I didnt want a new deck but wanted to find a company that could restore the deck to its original condition.I gave Intercrus Decks a call and spoke with their project manager. I told him what I wanted and he said simply we can do that. He then provided a wonderfully detailed estimate of the costs for everything that needed to be done and suggested some additional brace work underneath which I agreed with.The crew came on site quickly and began work. I was speaking with the crew directly and thought more work had to be done on the deck (additional rotted boards to be replaced) than was specified in the original estimate. I immediately got updated estimates, again detailed with fair prices for the work.Considering the decks design, especially the railings, was unique made me wonder how close to the original design they could come with the rebuild. It was amazing. The deck looks exactly like it would have when it was originally built but thanks to the new bracing work it is much more sturdy. Beautifully detailed work including the painting after construction was completed quickly.Thanks, Intercrus Decks! So far as my vinyl deck has come, it was just the other day when I had the pleasure working with Intercrus Decks and I must say; from what point we began to the point we closed, their professionalism and expertise caught my attention in totality.Raman’s work was impeccable and since the first time he stepped onto my compound, I knew he was the kind of person I could freely interact with for any concerns that could arise from this undertaking bothering me.Raman and his team did a commendable job on my vinyl deck. Everything done under their watch was done with so much care and skillful workmanship; you could tell they were people who held their craft in high esteem judging from how the whole thing turned out in the end. As it is now, I am a proud owner of one of the most beautiful decks in town. Not that long ago was when my vinyl deck stood bare, but thanks to them it has been transformed into a piece of paradise. Intercrus decks replaced my vinyl decking recently and I could not have been more delighted with the service that they provided. As for replacing the plywood, we decided to do it by ourselves with some tips from Eddie who happens to be an owner - these really helped a lot at making the work less difficult. As for changing the actual vinyl, two individuals named Raman plus Jack were in charge of this kind of work. It really turned out well. Thank you very much. -

Paul and his team have done an unusually astonishing job with our back porch. They were timely each morning and accomplished completion of the project within a fair period.
