I had trouble replacing my 15 year old gas logs with a new one. So Tyler explained to me that the new unit required a installation of a appliance gas regulator which was not needed on my old unit. So later that same day Scott and Steven came back and installed the gas appliance regulator and the next day JR came back and did a great job with the final adjustments needed to make the fireplace work properly. My wife and our are very pleased and wanted to thank all the workers involved at ACI Solutions.

We had Randy and Tyler come out about a year ago to fix the venting on the hot water tank. Just had another tank problem (not related) and Randy and Tyler to the rescue again! Didn’t know that ACI did all kinds of construction work so calling them in the future for more work.

Service man was Tyler. I had two lights in the garage I needed converted to LED. He was able to get it done and even pick up the correct bulbs for us. Would use again!

July 2019, while we were in TN for a weekend trip our air conditioner went out. We called Tyler on Sunday morning, he was on vacation too. But he came Monday evening. He told us we needed a new unit. Tuesday morning Johnny was putting it in.

Tyler and his crew were fantastic. We suddenly found out our HVAC system was shot. He came in and provided us with a thorough explanation of everything that was going on and what our options were. He truly made a difficult situation much easier. They came next day and installed our equipment and were very professional. The work was great. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend them.
