Very happy we chose to go with Sherman Smith for our new Central Air unit. Jack was able to work with us to get the system we needed at a price we could manage. The guys worked hard (harder than they probably expected due to my house’s framing) but they got it done. And then when my other system was having issues, they were able to make it out same day and get me back up and running. I highly recommend Jack and the guys at Sherman Smith!

Professional, courteous, and done right.*10 years later, they are still amazing. Our boiler went while we were out of the country over Xmas week. Sherman Smith took care of it, made sure my house didnt freeze, and took care of everything. Awesome.

I wish I could give Jack and his team at Sherman Smith ten stars. Our upstairs AC died on Sunday evening; Jack was here on Monday morning to diagnose the problem and offer our choice of solutions. We decided to replace the 16-year-old unit, and Jack had his team here on Tuesday morning for a professional, clean, worry-free installation. All of this was done with the kind of straight shooting, calm, knowledgeable approach Ive come to rely on them for. Truly the best service at a very fair price, with unbeatable speed. Highly recommend!

The coldest night of the year, two baseboard radiator pipes in our attic decide to come apart at a joint. Not a result of the cold, but due to a corroded connection and a recent bump. Water spews everywhere, and we call Sherman Smith for help. Within an hr, Ed our service tech shows up. Did I mention it’s 5 degrees out? Ed was professional, courteous, and had the pipes back together, and the heat back on, in under an hr. I can’t recommend these guys more highly. Would definitely use them again.

We moved into our fixer-upper this spring and Ive had Sherman and Sons come to help us give an estimate and replace our furnace. They were fantastic! So kind, gave us lots of options, and they had our house warm again within a few days. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Owner of Sherman Plumibing personally came to look at the job unlike all other companies giving incorrect estimate at very high price. Serman Plumbing gave a fair price and finished the job in less than 3 hours. Their warranty is for 6 years labor. No one gives more than one year warranty for labor. They are local and been around in the business for a very long time. What I love the most about them is their customer service and a company who is not charing 4% for using a credit card. Its is no brainer to hire them. They made entire process very smooth.

My house took on 48” of river water during the recent Hurricane Ida storms that hit Montgomery. Sherman Smith was a great company to work with. They were fast and responsive and didn’t take advantage of me during this horrible disaster.They gave me fair pricing and made time in their intense schedule during the disaster. I needed a hot water heater replaced at a Unit in a Shopping Center I own/manage in Central NJ. Not only was Guy and his team able to get out to the site on the same day as my call, but was able to replace the unit the very next day. Great people to work with and great pricing. I have known Sherman Smiths company for several years now. They have been our plumber/HVAC contractor of choice since we moved to NJ, except for one year when we called AJPerri - who told us that all our brand new furnaces needed to be replaced immediately and who we then promptly never called again.Under new management, SS is even better. We just met two of their installers (Adams and Al) for a furnace inspection. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and obviously knew their stuff. I would call them again (and again) without hesitation. There are very few good plumbers & HVAC people out there and this firms is right on top of the best ones.
