    Truly excellent customer service. They answer the phone immediately and get someone out to you very quickly. Brody came out to reseat a toilet due to a sewer type smell. He explained what needed to be done and the anticipated charges and then did a great job resolving the issue. They then called to make sure that I was happy with everything. I highly recommend!!

    Mike performed the plumbing necessary to replace a tub/shower where one had previously been (poorly) DIY/converted into a shower only. He hooked up temporary fixtures to allow me to use the tub while the sheet rocking and tiling proceed. Also, when the tiler backed out of the job in favor of a bigger project, Mike went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find a tiler willing to take a small job like mine. The price seemed a bit high for the plumbing, but considering that price included the fixtures and a warranty, and the fact that I have peace of mind that the job was done correctly by a licensed professional, I can’t complain. I probably could have found someone for a few hundred dollars less, but plumbing behind the shower wall is not something that I would want to worry about failing. And Perhaps that’s just how much plumbers cost these days (not my specialty). In any case, Mike and his coworker were fast, neat, and on time. Highly recommend to anyone needing a plumbing job done right.

    Kase came out on a Friday afternoon before the long Labor Day weekend to assist us with what we thought was a clog. It turned out to be a collapsed line. He was very upfront & knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They even called Tesday to follow up with us & ask how everything was going. I have & would recommend them again to anyone who needs assistance with any plumbing needs!!

    Highly Highly Highly recommend! First of all they answer the phone, and if they are closed or on the line with another customer they call you back! This shouldnt be an amazing thing, but out here it is. Our technician turned out to be Mike Lindberg, one of the owners. He could not have been more competent, helpful, professional or effective. Weve only owned this home for one year, but apparently there was years and years of greese build up in our kitchen pipes. Mike worked tirelessly for almost 4 hours using state of the art tools and equipment. The greese dam fought diligently but Mike fought back twice as hard. We will use him again if the need ever arises. In the past 4 years weve needed plumbers in two states, I can state with certainty that Mike and The Plumber of the Black Hills is the ONLY plumber I will use again.

    Happy with our prompt service from The Plumber. Kase was very personable and knowledgeable about our issue and worked quickly. He was very helpful with moving items for me and left things tidy.     Wonderful service. Mike Lindberg was early, and was able to quickly diagnose a noise issue that weve had off/on for over a month. We thought it was water hammer, come to find out some pipes needed bracing and the valve on our water heater expander had gone bad. He did a bypass for me, while we await a new part. The other thing I really liked was the text before he got here and it showed his name and photo. I highly recommend this company. Friendly, professional and clean. Thanks again.

    We are so thankful for Mike and Layna! They came out and did a job after hours that many other plumbers wouldn’t. They took the time explore our entire sewer from the street to the house to find out what was causing the back. They were very responsive and were right on time with the window they provided.     Second time my wife and I have done business with them through our landlord. Their so nice and patient to explain their work that they preformed and gave us tips to ensure us from having the same issue.     I called them because my kitchen sink was plugged. The garbage disposal couldnt handle potato peels. He was able to come and get it unclogged for me. While he was working, he noticed my fridge was off. He went out of his way to find the tripped breaker and get it running for me. That was beyond thoughtful if him. The service was excellent and the resulting bill was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company if you need a plumber.

However Mike answered my call and made room in his afternoon schedule to access the situation. After diagnosing and compiling a parts list he returned the very next day and had us up and running.
