    12/3/2024Today my husband and I had the pleasure to meet Mr.Christian Dorner for a service call about our Heater. After checking the unit and answering all our questions. He called Mr. Hunter to come over to give a second opinion. My husband and I was very pleased with both gentlemen they answered all our questions. They both was very patient and explained everything very clearly even when I asked the same questions. My husband and I agreed to hire H&E company to replace the system. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and installation two days later. My technician Hunter was very kind and helpful…he explained everything that I needed to know.     A very professional crew. Started the morning with the $49.99 Inspection. They took some readings outside on the condenser. Inside off the blower, and checked some other points. Explained what they saw as a problem, and offered solutions, both short and long term.A second inspection of the duct work/air flow, Chris took over and gave detailed information of what was happening, and how they could improve performance of the unit. Very informative. I appreciate their evaluation, and will use them in the near future.

    Rick did a great sales job. He was not pushy at all and simply stated the facts and answered my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. I didn’t even know I was in the market for a new air conditioning system until Rick explained how a Diakin heat pump would solve my problems with noise and even cooling. When he showed me the photos of my current unit covered in mold, I was sold. Rick said the new ducts would have some kind of light, I think infra red or something like that, that will kill mold spores. The installers also did a great job. Both of them were courteous and professional. James did a great job of helping me pair the thermostat with my cell phone and showing me how to work it. H & E has excellent employees who do a great job!

    The following is a review of Chris Kirby who made a home visit on Wednesday, July 3 to discuss purchase and installation of a whole house generator. Chris is a great representative of the company. He was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the items we discussed. He was quick to point out all the details, both small and large and did so clearly and articulately. He instilled great confidence in the company he represented. Having talked with a couple of installers, Chris was far better and more thorough than anyone I had previously talked with. We have decided to hold off for now but only because we are not ready to purchase and make the investment. If we were, Chris, and H&E would be the company we would go with. Chris was stellar in all aspects of the meeting and answered every question I had thoroughly and clearly.

    James came out with his apprentice and replaced a very old HVAC unit with two new ones. The old ducts were split and a unit was installed for upstairs and downstairs. Even though they had to work in a 140 degree attic for most of the install, they remained professional and got the job done quickly (definitely need to insulate the attic in the future lol). Colin also stopped by a few times to make some finishing touches to the install. My house now feels much better than before. 100% recommend.

    I have been dealing with this company for a few years for twice a year maintenance. I decided to do a bigger job and got my ac ducts replaced. I was well informed of the process and the price was reasonable. Kane and Justin came out to do the work on Friday and they were very professional. The work was also quick but they did inadvertently do something that caused the ac to not work. I did have to go the weekend without the ac but they came promptly Monday morning to resolve the issue. I would still give them 5 stars because they did a good job and were polite and professional at all times. I would definitely trust this company for all my ac and hearings needs.

My only reason for rating the overall experience a 4 was because I didnt think the charge would as high as it turned out to be. I called your company based on my 2 previous experiences where everything was in line and very acceptable. He was here for half an hour, blew out my drainusing nitrogen, tested it, and was done. I was stunned to find that my bill was over $400.00. Previously I found your charges to be fair and commensurate to the time and complexity of the job. This is why I called you again. Maybe Im just not aware of the cost of nitrogen.

If this is the customer service you get from just the scheduling part of it I can’t wait to see the actual job being done. All in all I’d give this company 5 stars across the board. My I stall went about as smooth as I could hope for. The installer trey went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed even while running into complicated issues he still delivered top notch service . I will be a customer for the rest of my life thanks to his dedication and customer service can’t say enough about the dispatch team for keeping me in the loop the whole time and for the manager Wendy for addressing my concerns as well. Updated on 6/14/22 I can’t say enough things about this company ac went off today due to something minor called in to see about servicing the unit within an hour they had someone out and fixed the problem.     My regular a/c guy was out of town so he called a friend and asked if he could take care of me ASAP. Lester with H&E Comfort Services out of Belle Chasse called right away, we set up a time for him to come by and he did. The fan motor was out and so they located one but the company had to bring in from Slidell so he said he would contact me the next day. He called at 9 am and had the part already. He came out and changed and I am up and running again. The amazing part is he didn’t charge for his service he said my regular a/c guy would contact me if there was a charge. Professional through and through. I would highly recommend.
