    I would 100% recommend using Epic Electric. Shannon and Mike were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond when redoing some electric work for my house. They’re both extremely kind and respectful and were so helpful in explaining what needed to be done to make my house safe. It was great knowing that the owner of the business, Shannon, was actually going to be doing the work on my house. They’re a two man show and they’re seriously amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

    Shannon was very quick to come back to me to arrange to come give a quote for moving an EV Charger from one property to another. He communicated clearly and effectively ahead of coming, came out to give the quote and was able to do the work the same day. The house he was moving the charger to was a non-traditional layout with the electric panel being fully on the opposite side of the house to the garage which was the desired location. Shannon and Mike explained everything as they went, installed quickly and seemingly effectively as all is working. Explained the impact on cost of having to run wire throughout the attic but made sure I was clear on cost, benefits and then performed the work to a high level. Cleaned as they went and left the areas they worked in tidier and in better condition than they found it.

    After struggling for years of dealing with unreliable electricians, Epic Electric came highly recommended from a another happy customer. Shannon and Mike came to our home, reviewed what we needed, discussed options and walked us through exactly how things could work. During the install there were issues with our home build that they championed through several hours of hard work, and they never gave up. We are SO thankful we chose to go with them, as nobody wouldve been as helpful and adaptive as they were. We cant recommend them enough, and wont be using another electrician again!     We had Epic Electric help us set up an ethernet connection, and they made the process so easy. They figured out we already had a CAT 6 cable, so they just installed the ports—no need to run new wires through the attic, which saved us time and hassle. They also installed a surge protector, and everything was done quickly and professionally.A few days later, we had a bit of an emergency (thought we might have drilled into a wire), and they came out within a few hours to check it out. Super responsive and helpful!We’ll definitely keep their info for any future projects or issues. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast and reliable service!

    These guys are phenomenal. I usually use Mister Sparky, but they had cancelled an appointment due to being overbooked. I then had Paschal come out & they quoted an outrageous amount for the job. Epic got out here on the fly & did the job super fast and beat Paschal’s quote by a long shot. Super friendly & professional. Great experience.

    Id highly recommend Epic for any electrical needs. They installed recessed lighting in my kitchen and living room--very competitive price and did a great job. I will have them back to install a surge and redo old breakers. Responds quickly and communicates with bid and service.

    Shannon and Mike with Epic Electric came out to Gentry on a Saturday to run electric from the house to our above ground pool. These guys were in and out in under two hours and did a great job! They dug a trench to bury the electric line and when they backfilled the trench they were able to put the grass right back so you cant even tell where the trench is. Due to the rain in May the pool installation had a set back and Shannon was understanding and accommodating with the changing schedule. The communication throughout the entire process has been excellent and the service that Epic Electric provided was top notch. An added bonus is that Epic Electrics rates allowed us to come in under budget for our pool installation. We will definitely be calling Epic Electric for all of our electrical needs.     I will never use anybody except Epic Electric ever again. Shannon and Mike came out in less than 2 hours after I called them on a Saturday. Our house had been hit by lightning the night before and knocked out some of our electrical. They fixed everything in less than an hour and walked me through every step and it didnt cost an arm and a leg! Thank you guys so much!!

    Shannon and team are fantastic. I like to ask a lot of questions and he patiently explains everything hes doing and why. He worked with us to find cost effective solutions to a fairly serious issue. While he and Mike were here preventing a future house fire, they also took the time to help us run electric for a TV we were mounting with perfect precision. If we could give Epic six stars we would!

    Shannon and Mike did an excellent job putting in a new, bigger panel in my 40+ year old house! There wasnt enough space in the old panel for what I wanted to add and at that age replacing the panel and breakers was the best answer. They also added a surge protector at the panel, replaced a couple of bathroom fans and installed an 84 ceiling fan Very knowledgable, professional and friendly explaining everything involved so I could unstand it and the price was more than fair. How much did I like their work? Ive already asked them to put me on their schedule again for a few other things that came up. Thanks Epic!

    I can’t say enough about the quick response from Shannon and Mike , I called and they came out within 48 hours and immediately diagnosed/fixed my wiring issues in my 1970’s home. As a new homeowner I’m always worried about having to make a call when something needs fixed but the process was so quick and easy . Thank goodness for Epic Electric!

    Same day service!!! Let them know I had a lightning strike & they came from Bella Vista area down to Farmington to help me out. Gave me a full safety report, discussed with me the parts which were needed & recommended. Had me up and going the same day I called.     Excellent!!! We were fortunate enough to find Epic Electric to help us with a remodel of the 2nd level of our lake house.We were in immediate need of a professional qualified electrician that would be quick to respond and perform the work needed at our jobsite. Shannon and Mike did not disappoint! They stopped by our lake house to make sure they knew the scope of the job and listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve and then added their expertise. They were then able to return the following week to complete our job in the 2 days, as promised, so that the sheet rockers could proceed.We are new to the NWA area and have built many homes on the West Coast. We are thrilled to find an electrician that we will use for any future needs that we have. Highly Recommend!!!

    I had a list of electrical needs (replace faulty switches, new light fixtures, GFCI breaker for a new appliance, outdoor light sensor) and contacted Epic Electric after reviewing their website. Shannon answered and quickly set up an appointment to see my house and give an estimate. I also asked about home surge protection, and he gave me an estimate for installing them in my breaker boxes, which I approved. His pricing was upfront and reasonable, so there were no surprises on the final bill. He performed the work promptly and even found some breakers that were not previously installed properly, which he fixed for me. I asked about new breaker boxes, and he said that I did not need them yet, which shows his integrity in not performing unneeded work to pad the bill. Overall, I am very pleased to find a fantastic electrician and will call Shannon for my electrical issues in the future.

    Our garbage disposal socket failed, and because it’s something we use often, we wanted to get someone in quickly. Shannon and his wife made it happen the very next morning. His work was thorough and he was very personable and professional.     The Best Experience Ever , this was no easy job , he moved a 600 pound Generac Generator to take down a hillside about 70 feet , to the back of the house. Installed base, gravel, and a concrete pad. We now have our backup Emergency power!! It was set and wired all in one day!     I needed a fan installed and some wiring for switches checked. I contacted Epic, they were are able to arrive onsite same day, validate the wiring for the switches was up to code and install a new fan in a guest bedroom. After the work was completed, they cleaned up any mess and disposed of the old fan parts. Couldn’t even tell they were onsite. Very professional.

    Thanks to Google reviews we have found a great company in Epic Electric to recommend. Shannon and Mike came out and found the problem and scheduled us about a week out. The house had power but the part of the line from the house to the first shop was not active (which impacted our stock tank and our small chicken pen). When they looked at the weather they moved up our repair date and got it done yesterday. We are very thankful for them, their professionalism, their work ethic, attitude, and they just seem like all around great guys.
