    We were out of heat for over 30 hours.. before we realized the newly installed heater system had stooped working.. C&C did great in scheduling a quick service trip by about 8:15 in the morning, & Marcus did great in identifying a water build up due to condensing water, emptied the water & adjusted the pitch of the pipe so it wonā€™t create another such problem in future. He also gave us a sensor we can use in the bedroom. Very well done Marcus & C& C.

    I recently had my heater serviced and was fortunate to use C&C for the task. From the initial booking to the reminders and the technicians arrival, the whole experience was seamless and professional. Kris, the technician, was extremely responsible and thorough in his work.     Lance and the boys did a fantastic A+ job. They worked hard, were efficient, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The new system looks fantastic and is running great. I couldnā€™t be happier with the results. Iā€™m really looking forward to next summer when the heat shows back up again to see how well the system cools my 2nd floor bedrooms. In the meantime, the furnace is performing well during the cool weather, and the system is incredibly silent. Overall, Iā€™d highly recommend C&C Air Conditioning and Heating!

    I have always used C&C And will always continue to do so. I have a supplemental furnace over an attic, which is almost impossible to get to. Most other companies refused to even service this furnace. I just had a very nice repair man, Michael, who had to be a contortionist to reach this furnace. He did so, With expertise and a smile on his face! Thank you, Michael, thank you C&C .

    Chris Did a very through an Outstanding job ,checking over my Heating system. His experience and Expertise was incredible. He did not rush and visually checked out the Burner Manifold that had been my main Concerns. But all looked good !     Brandon arrived ready to install a reverse osmosis system for our kitchen. Due to our house being from the 1980s with a renovated kitchen, he encountered a few surprises and challenges which he overcame to make a very professional and satisfactory installation. He even found and corrected a minor issue from a previous HVAC job where he found an unsealed vent going through an exterior wall. I am very happy with the product and with Brandonā€™s work!

    I used C & C to replace my 14-year old AC and furnace. While there was some confusion over the pricing and I was not completely satisfied with it in the end (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), I decided to still go with them because I was happy with their estimate and the equipment they would be using. My installers were courteous and friendly and they kept my house spotlessly clean by wearing booties and using drop clothes throughout the house. They were done in the estimated time and gave me a walkthrough of both units, as well as assisted me in setting up my new thermostat. I put the AC on about a half hour ago and my house is already down to the temperature I wanted it. I would highly recommend them!Update: Both the mechanical and electric inspections were completed by the township and they both commented on what an excellent installation was done and how clean everything was.

    I needed to have a Unico high velocity air conditioning duct relocated because I was having a bathroom redone. Ed came by to see what it would take to accomplish that. He was extremely helpful, very professional, knowledgeable. Came up with a plan that simplified the project and minimized my cost. Scheduled the work to meet my aggressive project schedule. Technician Mike did a great job, and my bathroom work continued on schedule. Ed was very personable and made himself available any time if I had any questions. Great experience working with him and C&C.

    We called C&C on a Saturday afternoon when our AC stopped working. Got the answering service, but the tech, Kris, called me back in minutes. He talked me through checking things on the phone and when we couldnā€™t determine the problem, he told me he would be to the house in 50 minutes unless I wanted to wait until regular working hours because of price. He was prompt, friendly, quickly found the problem and repaired it. Excellent service.Weā€™ve since worked with them to do an entire replacement of our furnace and AC condenser. They were prompt, courteous, clean, and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. The work was done extremely well and was explained, as needed, every step of the way. Highly recommend.

    I highly recommend C&C Air Conditioning and Heating. I had an old AC unit that finally quit and I needed a full HVAC replacement. I started the process working with Tony A. (Account Manager) who walked me through my options, clearly articulating the pros and cons of the different equipment. Tony provided a detailed estimate before he left my house and was quick to respond to questions via email and always picked up when I called.The following week, my installation was scheduled. Michael R. and team arrived on schedule, put down floor protection covering the entire pathway between my front door and HVAC equipment in the basement and got to work. The installation was professional and clean ā€“ all old equipment was removed, all values and plumbing replaced, all wires and lines secured well and out of the way. The areas both inside and outside were cleaned up and there was no trace that a crew was ever there.After the installation, they configured the smart thermostat and explained how it works and walked me through the system functions, asking if I had any questions. In addition to Tony, Michael, and the installation crew being great, everyone else I contacted at C&C were professional, polite, and responsive.I received several quotes for this work and ultimately chose C&C because of their equipment recommendations, price, and reputation. I am very happy I went with C&C and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing work done.

    I had a water leak on my 1 year old a/c unit. C&C came out promptly. Their technician, David M., quickly diagnosed the problem as being a small crack in the condensate pump.     I cannot say enough good things about Dave, Vincent and C&C. They were super responsive, knowledgeable and very fair in pricing in an emergency situation - I lost my A/C on the 2nd day of the recent heatwave that saw real temperatures rise into the upper 90s with heat indices over 100 degrees, and they made every effort to come out to my home as quickly as possible. Please know when C&C made these efforts, I didnt even have a service contract in place with them. They completed their work today, fixed my A/C, and I intend to sign a service contract with them this week. Please also know I do have a current contract with another provider, but, well, lets just leave it as that service appointment still hasnt occurred (and Im considered a premium customer, and the heat wave (part one) is over.I highly, highly recommend C&C for your A/C needs.

    3 Technicians came in dismantled both heating and air conditioning and installed all new equipmentā€¦.tested everything took the time to show us everything that was installed helped us program high tech thermostat all in 7 hours !!     My 91yr old mom has a 24hr service contract with a different company and at 4:45pm yesterday her house was 85 degrees. We contacted the other provider. They told us they didnā€™t have anyone to provide the service she paid for and that she could call in the morning to schedule an appointment. I immediately called C&C. They immediately advised opening the windows and shutting off the fan that was running on auto. They didnā€™t want my mom to get sick and the temp outside was lower. They sent an amazing tech named Keith. He was able to get the air running and with true professionalism! Working with the elderly is not easy! He never lost his smile!     We had two mini split central air heads installed in our old 1940s home 4 months ago with C&C. They were the first contractor who took the time to figure out the best solution for our old home, which had no room for ducting to be installed. Other companies were non-responsive after seeing the house, gave no real solutions, and were almost twice the cost for terrible solutions. C&C took the time and came up with a great solution that kept the integrity of our old home, looked great, and was cost effective. From the beginning, Paul, Mike, and the entire team were on time, super professional, and very kind.     If I could give 10 stars I would!Last fall our central air wasnā€™t working, we had a competitor come and look at it and try to tell us something was wrong that wasnā€™t. Our neighbors referred us to C&C and it was the best advice ever.I called them on a Monday, the next day they were there in the allotted time frame and I received a call from the technician as well as a text with the name and PHOTO of him.We have David M and he was extremely friendly, and informative.     We have been C & C customers for air conditioners in the past. When they offered a plumbing inspection of our current house, new to us but 40 years old, we thought it was a good idea. Ryan was helpful, friendly, careful not to get anything dirty as he went all over, and did, in fact verify what I had suspected... that one thing was at the end of its reliable life span and could well cause problems soon. He did not attempt to drum up problems where none existed. He explained things very well. I am very pleased with this service and with Ryan. Update: to discuss the system that needed replacing, Daniel came out. He took the time to not only look at the existing system, but made measurements to ensure that a replacement would have the right capacity, and that we would not overpay for too much capacity. He explained all aspects of the replacement and suggested possible financing solutions if we wished to use them. He gave a true and thoughtful best price and did not pressure us in the least. We will get back to them with our decision next week, but I want to emphasize that he did his job really beautifully.April 2024 update. We are now turning to C&C for all our major plumbing projects. They just replaced our boiler for the hot water baseboard heating system. It was an all-day job for two very capable men. The day before, another individual came to make final measurements and ensure that the right supplies would be brought. We are struck by how thoughtful and personable the staff all are. They clean up any mess, work carefully, and manage to be friendly, while immensely capable of problem-solving... since there is nothing cookie-cutter about most older houses. They also explain well if you show interest in the system they are installing. Marcus was particularly great at that. When John and his colleague came the next day, there were no surprises for us! Overall, an excellent experience at a competitive price.

    The whole process was painless. From the first meeting with Vince who was knowledgeable about programs we werenā€™t aware existed and allowed us to save a ton of money by taking advantage of the programs and tax credits. We were already happy with that the we had issues with the town which their office took care of and we were then on to the installation. The team showed up ready to go and installed our system in 2 days. John is fantastic and is a real asset to the company. He showed us how to use our system. I didnā€™t get the names of the other guys on the crew but they moved quickly and knew what they needed to get done and did cleanly. They cleaned up every mess they made and the house was most likely cleaner after they were done (lol). C&C is a high quality heating and cooling company and while I doubt Iā€™ll need to call them for any issues on our system we will have no qualms keeping them on call for any maintenance so our system runs perfectly and we look forward to it cooling us for our summers now. If price is something that keeps you from doing business with them Iā€™d argue youā€™re doing yourself a grave disservice as you wonā€™t find a better company out there that gets the job done confidently and quickly. The front office staff who handle the phones and email are also reliably helpful, courteous and friendly. A 5-star company.Update 2024: We just finished installation of another furnace and A/C for the other zone in our home. Like before, C & C was thoroughly professional. The 3-man crew arrived on time, worked very hard all day (7 hours straight working). The guys were all very friendly, they were attentive to the details of the job, they were careful about protecting the floors and everything else in the home and on the property, and they made sure everything worked properly.(I did like how, in the past, the office would call you after a service visit and ask how everything went. C & C was kind of unusual that way, with the personal follow-up. Now its all fully automated, with follow-up via texts/emails, like pretty much every business. Its keeping up with Now, and Now is a little less personal -- this is the nostalgia talking, not a complaint.)We signed up for another long-term maintenance contract withC & C because theyve earned our trust over the past 8 years. I hope they always stay this good; dont want to use anyone else!Update: Dec 2024 -- had a problem with new furnace on top floor not working. C & C sent out a technician, very nice guy and obviously experienced. Problem solved fast. The problem was that, being a top-floor unit, it vents through the roof, and a leaf or some small object fell into the vent and then obstructed the engine from starting.     Once I discovered how many chemicals were in our drinking water, I went through Costco to order a Reverse Osmosis filter that was installed under our sink. Costco contracted C&C Air Conditioning and Heating to do the job and they did great from start to finish. Nick came to do the initial consultation. He wasnā€™t pushy or tried to sell us on anything. He gave us upfront pricing, let us know what discounts we were eligible for, and walked us through the setup process. Even though we knew what was in our water, he still did a water test for us to verify that our water was toxic. By the way, normal filters do not get rid of most chemicals so your carbon filters will not protect you.Dwayne came to do the install. He did a great job with the installation, let us know when the filters expire, and answered all questions. He was on time, professional, and explained how the reverse osmosis system worked.

    Had equipment installed by another company, having issues since the installation, called C&C for a second opinion, and they came out next day. Dave W was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns and had my full trust. I spoke to Michelle D in the office, she was kind and helpful. I am very happy with C&C.I have been with C&C since 2000. They replaced our A/C & Heating system in 2000. In 2016, they upgraded our system. These guys are great! I have a maintenance contract & have never had a problem with A/C & heat. C&C also installed a tankless water heater for us. The town inspector commented that the work done was impressive. They also do plumbing work! Too bad they donā€™t remodel homes.

    I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced by C&C. It was a great experience from start to finish. Tony, the Acct. Manager was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was good communication from day one. The installers were pleasant and professional. They did a top notch job, everything is working well, they left my home neat and clean, removed all old equipment and debris. I would highly recommend this company.
