    Great service. Their response and punctuality was very good. The person with whom I spoke on the phone and the man (Israel) who came to do the pumping were very good to work with. Israel was very courteous and was willing and able to fully answer all the various the questions I had for him. Yes, I do recommend this company. Keep up the good work Franks. Oh yes, I didnt check value simply because Im not sure of all the various prices from the different companies around here. From what Ive heard they are definitely in the ballpark range.

    Extremely excellent service. Thought my pump wasnt working and Franks came over right away. They helped me understand how to maintain my system and found out my pump was working just fine but rather had a different issue. The young gentleman in the pump truck was extremely well mannered, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I will be using Franks into the future for any of my needs and I will recommend them to all of my neighbors with septic systems as well.

    I needed my septic emptied, so I called a few places (all same price). I made my choice because from the very beginning, the lady that answered my call had great customer service. The gentleman that showed up to empty my tank was very polite, got the job done quickly, and was very efficient. I will continue to use them in the future.

    They were prompt to respond when i called. The man that came to pump our system called before he arrived, has he left the last customers house, and showed up when he said he would.I didnt know there was so much to learn about septic tanks but he was willing to stop and show me and talk to me and give us advice on how to extend the use of our septic tank.He was very polite. They charged exactly what they quoted me for a service.

    I highly recommend Frank’s Septic for all your septic needs. Nichol was very helpful with all my questions and scheduling. We had a septic emergency and they were able to get us in the same day. We were so worried about the damage but Ray came and explained everything step by step. They repaired our lines and septic in a timely manner. We now get our septic pumped regularly by them per their recommendation to save us from damage like that again.

    Emailed them before they opened to set an appointment for septic clean out. They got back to me immediately and scheduled me for same day! Even called later to ask if they could come early, which they did. Andrew was very courteous and explained the process and was very educational. I couldnt be happier with the service!

    This last month it has been my pleasure to do business with Daniel and his crew at Franks Septic Service. We needed a tank pumped and an inspection. Niccole the office manager was very responsive to every request.The day of inspection, they arrived on time, got right to work and pumped the tank with no issues. The inspection was performed and revealed that tank required replacement. Daniel was able to bid and schedule replacement at that time. The tank replacement was uneventful, Daniel and his crew abandoned the old tank in place. Installed the new tank in less than 3 hours. You can not even see they were there. All the inspections and permitting were completed in a timely fashion. It is reassuring to work with a 3rd generation business owner who has pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Franks Septic Service to anyone.

    Very pleased with service for years. When we had to replace the field they were here when they said done when they said. Very polite young men respected out property. They left everything looking better than when they cane. It isnt often today people do what they say and respect your property so well. The young man driving the large equipment had a very tight squeeze getting in and out of the property. He drove the equipment with ease no problem. GOOD JOB GUYS MADE TTHE FEE MUCH EASIER TO PAY!

    Frank’s always works to fit you in the schedule that same day. The technicians are very knowledgeable and teach you about how to maintain your system. I had my system pumped last year and thought I would need a new pump. The tech worked to get it working and save me a lot of money. He even discussed how to work on it myself if I get in a pinch.When my pump finally failed a year later I called up and was placed first on the schedule. Total time for a pump install and a pumping was less than an hour.Great company with great people. Thanks again!

    Fast and friendly. They were able to come out that day as things were backing up. A few days later, we were experiencing a similar issue and they talked me through a things to try to fix the problem. The first one I tried worked and so saved me a call to a plumber.

    Franks Septic Service is the best septic service around. They can do anything related to septic tanks. They are quick to come out, and can help in any way with ones septic needs. We called them in January because we were having some issues. They were able to figure out what was the problem and service our tank.     They were great to work with in most ways. They were good with communication and professional. Good quality work. Only thing that made me consider giving less than 5 stars was that I was told by one person that it would cost a certain amount max, but then the owner gave me a price 20% higher a few weeks later. But overall, one of the best businesses I have worked with since moving to NM. The worst business I have dealt with was Outrider Pump Service. Second worst was Husky Pump Service. The BEST company I worked with was Sol Energy. I have reviewed those individually or am writing reviews currently

    I recently used Franks a few weeks back, we were having some issues with the system backing up. Keep in mind our house is relatively new as well as the system. This young man named Isaiah I believe was very thorough! He explained in detail how the system worked and quickly diagnosed why we where backing up! Our pump had tripped the breaker and was not pumping but he went above and beyond to fix our problem!! This young man didn’t hesitate to work hard and go the system functioning and had the tank spotless!! I was very impressed with his work ethic and use of manners!! The receptionist Nicole I believe was also amazing! She was very nice and quick to set up the pumping! These two employees make a power team! I absolutely love this company!     They were able to come out the same day to pump the tank when we had a septic back-up. The technician Daniel was very knowledgeable, spent a lot more time then the last person cleaning it. The tech also showed me how to clean the basket and what to look out for if the leach field is actually starting to fail. I look forward to working with them in the future if we need more extensive work.
