    I cant say enough of how happy i am with the work Bradsell has performed at my house. I come down the driveway and i fell like its a new home. Not to mention all the little fix ups around inside and outside the house.     Bradsell refinished a set of antique nesting tables that had severe water damage . They had been in our family for generations and I was quite nervous to have the work done. However, they treated the tables like they were their own. The skill and craftsmanship that went into refinishing these tables was really a work of art. We could not have been happier.

    I just had my bathroom totally renovated by Bradsell. The results were beyond my expectation. It turned out beautiful and I am so happy with the results. The Bradsell team was phenomenal. Their workmanship was exceptional and they were very skilled and competent. They explained everything each day and reviewed things with me beforehand, which was so comforting. This is the first time I used Bradsell but will definitely contact them for all my needs in the future as well as recommend them to everyone.

    We want to thank @bradsellcontracting for the great job they did in making the home we bought 21 years ago look and feel like new again. Power washed the house and pool area, replaced rot, painted all the trim and shutters, and sanded/stained porch decking and railings. We could not recommend them more strongly.     Just completed the renovation of two bathrooms and cannot explain the great experience we had with the Bradsell Contracting team throughout the process. The Project Manager was outstanding and the craftsmen were A+ #1. I could write a book on the entire renovation and it would be a best seller. They were professional, responsive, always on time and courteous. We lived in Bedford for 48 years and and never knew they were right in our back yard. I always saw the Bradsell trucks around town and decided to try them for a big paint job last January. After that, I was sold on the company and have recommended them to my family and friends.     My wife and I have used Bradsell on 2 projects - a fireplace remodel and a basement remodel (including a bathroom). They did a fantastic job on both projects; we could not be happier with the results. Bradsells entire staff on both the carpentry and painting teams were professional and courteous. They were very easy to work with. Both jobs were completed within the original time estimate, and more importantly, there were no unexpected costs for the carpentry and painting work - everything was accounted for in the job proposal. We would not hesitate to use Bradsell again in the future!

    We are very happy and satisfied with the men who painted the outside of our house through Bradsell. They were careful, painstaking, paid attention to detail.     Ive been involved in dozens of home renovations and work that required contractors over the past few decades. My experience has always been the same. The contractor comes out, over promises, then underdelivers. They dont show up on time. The job site is messy. The work is often well behind schedule and then, there are always upcharges.Bradsell blew me away. My first experience was with the company president, who personally met me to go over the scope of work that i wanted. It just got better from there. The crew was professional, always on time, never missed a day unless it was weather related ( and they let me know in advance), the site was cleaned up every day, the work was some of the best ive seen and most importantly, the crew were really nice people.I will use Bradsell for every job I have going forward and refer them to anyone I know. They are best in class and Im a Raving Fan.

    Very professional company. The work was high quality and done in a timely manner. Very responsive to inquires and working through issues that arose. After 10 years we finally have our basement back and have spent more time there than before. Bradsell was the only company that listened to what we wanted and were able to give it to us.     Bredsell redid our deck and we could not be happier. Both Darwin and David were incredibly professional. Their team did beautiful work and completed the project in a timely manner. Additionally, their office staff and Steve were easy to work with and helpful as changes inevitably came up. We would choose to work with them again for any future projects.     I used Bradsell for exterior painting of our house. I selected them because of good reviews, competitive price, and fast response time. (In comparison with two other companies they were twice as fast with their proposal, and responses to email inquiries were almost immediate.)And I was not disappointed. They did the project as soon as weather would permit. And they did a very thorough job. This is the third time we had our house painted and they did a better job than the previous two contractors.Caution 1: This is a relatively large company. First, somebody walks around the house with you and writes down what needs to be done. Then somebody in the office prepares a work-list for the actual workers. In my case there was some hiccup in the process and the work-list contained significantly less than what we discussed. Fortunately we had some clarifying emails, so I had it writing, and there was no problem. Moreover, to their credit, the carpenter fixed two damaged pieces of wood that I failed to request during the initial estimate. The moral is: Make sure that everything is in writing.Caution 2: They bent a gutter when leaning a ladder against it (at least in my opinion). At the end of the job I asked them to fix it. But they would not, because they were sure that it was bent before they started. Fortunately it was a trivial thing -- a two minute job once I climbed up there. But it could have been something more serious. The moral is: Take pictures of the entire work area beforehand.The upshot is that I would be happy to use them for any future work, while heeding the above two morals.

    Weve worked with Bradsell on two jobs for our home -- one general contracting after HVAC and insulation work to do finish carpentry, painting, and garage renovation, and one project to replace the wooden eaves on the exterior of our home after damage due to carpenter bees and woodpeckers. They are a very impressive team -- excellent quality, attention to detail, great communicators, and just joyful to work with.
