After talking to several frame building contractors we decided to have Structural Buildings, design and build our new building. They had the ability to design and construct the building, including the mechanicals so that everything function as designed. The exterior design has been has been praised by our customers and our community. The layout of the building functions well and our needs for a shipping dock were more than adequately filled and functional. State of the art materials were used and we expect a long efficient use. We would use Structural again.

Doug H has been fantastic this is the 3rd time we have had his help. 1st was when our building was built over 15 years ago and all went very smoothly. 2nd & 3rd time, two new roofs due to hail damage. They were very communicative, professional & timely. They dealt with the insurance company fantastically. Their production person Dean was terrific, too. I have no complaints & would recommend Structural Buildings, Inc. to family, friends & strangers. We would hands down use them again if we put up another building.

After Working with Structural for our roof replacement, I would recommend that anyone look no further than them. I was always kept up to date on the timeline, the crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves great. Can hardly tell they were here except for the new shiny roof on the building. Working with Structural Buildings to build our 40X60 pole building was a great choice. The professional sales personnel Dan, with so much experience, knowing what we wanted made recommendations that made our build great. Dan and His assistant Rebecca were in touch with us constantly.The contractor who did the Build Dennis and crew were super. We stopped by the build site and the area was neat and organized. Also Dean the building supervisor was in touch letting us know about our project and was accommodating.Our building was up in less than 2 weeks. The materials used are high quality. Better than other builders.I appreciate that Structural is sponsors at the Ogilvie Speedway as were race fans. I wanted to support their business. We got to meet Chad the owner also. He runs a great company. Overall Im so glad we choose Structural buildings for our build and would reccomend them to anyone!!

Outstanding in every way. Very personalized service from sales person - great attention to detail and ensuring building process was executed efficiently and at a high standard. Contracted crew was amazing to watch - less than 4 days from time first pole was placed to completion - very high quality workmanship and excellent job of cleanup afterwards. The building and the process was everything a person could want it to be and very well-priced.

I Cant believe there is a negative review on here. I have built several buildings over the years and have used a different builder each time because of the dissatisfaction, until I used Structural buildings on my last project, I will use them every single time on my future projects. This company is so personal and so profesional, you will not be disappointed. Their design center is so helpful and creative, it actually make the process fun, and that NEVER happens. Definitely highly recommended.

I contacted several pole building companies and Kari Heid at Structural was the only person to get back to me. This was by design after the fact I realized, because she couldnt have been a better fit for our project! She led all our requests and change orders in a fashion where I felt I was the only project going on, the time and energy was outstanding! If you are looking for a building, do yourself a favor and contact Kari and the Structural team!

Ryan and Denise have been very helpful in building plans so far.It went down hill fast after the framing was done. Would not recommend using the manager Matt. We had all kinds of issues with him.
