Great job! Called on a Saturday for a dead hot water heater and they were at my house with a new one (Under warranty) at 9am on Monday morning. The guys were great and super professional. Not the least expensive service but you pay for quality!

Have used this place for years. 18 years ago when I bought my first house, they replaced my old furnace that was leaking harmful fumes - they did a good job at a good price. Just recently, they replaced a leaky line in my water heater - quick, efficient, good work at a good price. Every experience Ive had with this company has been good (from how they interact with customers, to the service they provide, to the quality of the work). I cannot recommend them enough, a phenomenal company.

Jim was our service tech and we could not be more than satisfied!! Maier and other companies tried to convince us we needed to spend thousands in a new furnace when that was not the case!! Hr was in and out within the hour, and after having no heat he made a simple fix and I can sleepy cozy once again. We recommend 1000/10! Ask for Jim, you wont be disappointed!

At the recommendation of my father in law I called Johnsons on a Sunday afternoon in January when the burner in our heater would not light. They were prompt & courteous. The tech came and fixed the problem in 30 minutes and even though it was on a Sunday it was less than $150.

Our furnace stopped working.We decided to purchase a new furnace.T he repairman said it would take about a month but the next week they called and said they could come that week.The installation went smoothly and the furnace is working perfectly.Thanks Frank and Ryan.

When it comes to heating and cooling, I usually lose out. I bought a house with a heat pump and a furnace that were on their last leg. These guys continuously helped us and kept us on budget until we were a little older and could replace the units. HONEST, FAST, RELIABLE, and PRIDEFUL IN THEIR WORK!!!

Weve been customers of Johnsons Heating & Cooling for over 8 years now. They always provide excellent, and fast service. They just installed a new Rheem 14 SEER Air Conditioning system at our home and replaced our old system that was running on R22 refrigerant, which was not environmentally sound. The new Rheem 14 SEER AC is safer for the environment and cools our home more efficiently, at less cost. These guys are the professionals you need to call with any HVAC concerns. Great Job! Excellent work!

My air conditioner broke down August 7th I considered my options in Rochester H N you know who that is way too high, the bigM did not review very well both of these were probably going to be to busy then I remembered Johnsons heating put my hot water tank in 2020. I CALLED AND THEY SENT SOMEONE NEXT DAY THEY SHOWED ME MY CHOICES WITH THE INSTALLED PRICE I ASKED ABOUT THE DIFFERENT UNITS THEY TOLD ME WHAT THEY THOUGHT AND LET ME MAKE MY CHOICE NO PRESSURE. ON WEDNESDAY ONLY 4 DAYS AFTER I CONTACTED THEM I HAD NEW AIR AND FURNACE FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE. THEY CAME IN DID SO MANY THINGS SUCH AS DUCK ADJUSTMENT A NEW BASE UNDER THE AIR CONDITIONER EVERY THING NEW SO PROFESIONAL THEY WORKED 11 HOURS TO GET EVERY DONE AND CLEANED UP. THIS IS THE HVAC guys I recommend. Very impressed
