    Highly recommend Vernā€™s! Chris was super nice, called on his way and let me know he could come a little early. Fixed our flange issue within 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. I got a quote from 3 separate companies and Vernā€™s was the cheapest. Super easy to schedule and have the work completed. Chris also provided tips for things we can do in order to avoid future plumbing problems. Will be using them in the future for all plumbing issues.

    Matt has completed two jobs at my home and has been nothing short of excellent. Our 2nd job was more complicated which required maneuvering around new (yet to be installed) studs and electrical work and he completed the work without a hitch.     Verns plumbing did a major residential plumbing job for us retrofitting a whole house plumbing system for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath dwelling into an unfinished building. It was a complex job and Vern and his crew (led by Butch) worked with us to get it done just right. We are thrilled with the job and certainly recommend them. The attached pictures show a selection of rough-in and completed pictures of the plumbing work that Verns Plumbing did. They also added a whole house water filter system and ultraviolet water system.

    We recently moved to into our new home. Weve never had a home with a water softener and didnt completely understand the system. I connected with Verns plumbing given their service tags were on the softener unit. Chris Wilson came out, he was the original installer of the unit. He took the time to walk me through the maintenance of the unit, checked the unit as well as other plumbing and performed a water safety check. Outstanding work. Chris is a class act!! Will look to Verns and Chris for any upcoming work!

    We have natural gas at our home and had a carbon monoxide leak which much to our dismay was isolated to our hot water heater. After much trouble shooting and two weeks without hot water, we had Vernā€™s Plumbing come out and replace the gas control valve. Nathan Knight with Vernā€™s was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even waited for our gas company to come and turn the gas back on before leaving to make sure we were good to go. Vernā€™s was highly recommended to me and I will definitely be forwarding on the recommendation. They will also be the first plumber I call the next time we have a problem.

    Verns Plumbing sent Carlos Perez to diagnose an issue with a backed up toilet. He was great. Initially he cleared the blockage with a snake but found (via camara) numerous roots growing through a crack in the underground pipe. He went back to the office and brought back a pressure washer of sorts... using it to break up the root system in the pipe. Another video afterwards showed the root system completely cleaned out. While the underground pipe needed repair, I assured Carlos that I would dig around the damaged pipe and repair it myself. Verns called back the next day to let me know that if I needed help with that, they would be happy to assist... nice follow-through!!

    Christian was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Spoke with me about issue and possible remedies plus cost associated with each procedure plus timeline to get it completed. Did not try to sell me anything other than what the trouble call may require. Replaced the supply line/hose as well, even though I did not request it, it stated he did that in case of leaks, which it was old. The price for the line was $230. I called Verns to question the charge and they reviewed the invoice again and said that was not the correct price. In the end $150 is going to be refunded to me. Will be using Verns for all future plumbing issues. I just want a dependable company/ technician and I think I found one.

    Everyone at Vernā€™s plumbing was excellent during the entire process. What started as a call about a leaking toilet lead into the replacement of an entire sewer line. Chris was truly amazing and worked diligently to help us figure out what our much bigger issue was. He walked me through each step to make sure I understood everything, and took the time to show me some of the more complicated plumbing in our home so that it will help me better understand any issues in the future. I am truly grateful for his patience. Kevin was also amazing as he worked really hard to preserve some of the more delicate plants in the flower garden that had to be dug up to replace the line, I am extremely grateful for his kindness and consideration of our home.     We had a 80 gallon pressure tank blow and make a huge mess and left us with no running water to the facility. We called Verns plumbing at 9:30am, they had their technician Carlos here by 12pm. He even helped the elderly neighbors with their pool valves, just because they asked. Carlos and Matt worked til after 5 to fix the problem and inspect the system. They even had me test it all out before they left just to ensure everything was good to go. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are great!

    I contacted Verns on behalf of the Carriage House Chase HOA because there was damage to the top of a retaining wall that backs up to one of our owners houses. It was evident that it was from runoff from that lot, but not evident where the water was coming from. We suspected it might be clogged up connectors from one or more of the 5 down spouts in the back of the house. Verns removed several of the downspouts from the connectors and ran a camera down them. Sure enough, they were all clogged with debris and sludge. Verns then gave us a written estimate that same day for jet cleaning all the connectors and video verifying that the connectors and the main pipe that carries the water away from the retaining wall are all open and functional. They are very professional, responsive, friendly and explain everything they are doing as they go. I wouldnt use any other company for a problem that required investigation and testing to determine the cause.

They arrived on the early end of the scheduled time frame and worked diligently to complete the job. Verns pricing is fair, I dont feel theyre out to take advantage of anybody, theyre quick to respond, they do quality work, and the people are a pleasure. If that is what you want in a plumbing company, then you should definitely call them for your plumbing needs. We have dealt with several companies in the past three years for home improvements and repairs and have realized its hard to find a company that checks all these boxes anymore.     Recently had an issue with my well pump not working. Tried to get resolved with home warranty company without success. I called a local, well recognized plumbing company that wanted to charge me $5000-$8000 for a new well pump and pressure tank. A friend recommended Vernā€™s.     We recently had all the floors in our home redone, including the main floor powder room. The floor installers removed the toilet and pedestal sink to do their work.     I had the unfortunate experience of experiencing a high water bill and a puddle in my front yard. I called several plumbers and the estimate given to me was astronomical. Chris Wilson came out and did a fantastic job of walking me through all the plumbing in my home. He went over the condition of my toilets, my PRV, and how to start and stop my plumbing in certain areas of my home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided suggestions on things that he felt should be tuned up on. I was very pleased and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.

    Recently I have used Verns plumbing several times. They are always very professional and honest! The repair on a shower unit leak was a little tricky. Leaked so we stopped using it and made an appointment with Verns to come out. Didnā€™t leak right away when Nate and Brett were here but they stayed, and really looked for what the problem was. Sealed a small area that may be the culprit, and let me know if it was not. They will come back out to fix it. I really appreciated how honest Nate is. That truly is everything!Water in my opinion is worse than fire!I will use Verns plumbing for all our plumbing needs! Nice to finally find a company that has integrity and honestyThankyou All

    The plumber named Liam showed up on-time and was very respectful and professional. He used shoe covers when walking on my carpets and he took the time to find out why leaks were happening vice just quoting a repair.Liam inspected all of the pipes in the house, the well house and tested the water to find out the underlying problem of the pinhole leaks without raising the price which was really great.Liam price quoted several repairs that were identified and he made sure the military discount was included. He also didnt pressure me into committing to a price on the spot and emailed the quotes to me and will have his company call in a few days to see if I have made up my mind.     I have been looking for an affordable and professional plumber for years. I have now used Verns plumbing on two commercial projects for my businesses as well as repairs on my residence from a really bad job from previous plumber. Verns techs all were very professional and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. The girls in the office are also great to work with and are always willing to accommodate.
