    Premier did a fantastic job on our patio remodel. Helpful ang great at suggesting ideas to help us on our project. And the crew was great. They cleaned up the site before leaving every day, so our dogs and grandson could have access to the yard safely. Well be using Josue and his crew for our next project for sure.

    Very professional service. Communication was excellent and my patio extension looks like it was part of the original home build. But, I saw how they constructed it, and it is stronger than the house itself! The owner went out of his way to make sure the finished product was EXACTLY what we wanted. Any upgrades were offered at a fair price without any pressure to accept them. I will never use anyone else for outdoor projects in the future.

    We are extremely satisfied with all 3 projects that Premier Outdoor Living and Construction completed for us in 2019. First, we had a textured surface added to an existing patio. Next, we extended the patio, complete with a textured surface, and added a fire pit. Last, we decided we wanted a Pergola.Throughout all 3 projects, Josue offered great ideas and valuable suggestions, and made sure the job was done in a timely, honest and professional manner. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

    Josue and his team did a phenomenal job constructing our patio extension and gable. He was very informative and saved us from making a huge and costly mistake with our initial plans. Each phase of our project (permitting, framing, electrical, etc.) was met with professional tradesmen and communication throughout our project was very transparent. Electronic payments made it easy to pay and keep track of our invoices and Josue checked-in with us frequently to answer questions and give us detailed updates. We would highly recommend Premier Outdoor Living for your next project!

    Premier Outdoor Living and Construction LLC was a great experience during construction of my patio roof extension. While designing the project any questions I asked were answered and after design was completed if I called or texted about anything I received an answer or was called back with a response from Josue Mata. The team working on project was very professional and friendly and the work was excellent. They worked hard every day to complete the project in a timely manner.     Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, Courteous, Talented Crew and Staff! Best home construction experience weve ever had. The staff worked with us every step of the way and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. The crew was phenomenal! Very friendly, cleaned up after themselves during and after each step. We never had trash in the yard! All material was organized and placed in order of use. Cannot express how pleased we were with the service and quality of the finished product.

    Premier did a fantastic job of redoing our outdoor area. They tore down the old palapas and built the new area and pergola in excellent fashion. Josue is great at making suggestions and guiding along the construction process. He was the one that suggested the two tier pergola over the hot tub area. We have receive nothing but compliments from family and friends about the work that was done. Highly recommend Premier Outdoor Living and Construction!

    Premier Outdoor Living was recommended to us by many people to extend and cover our existing patio! So glad we went with Josue, we couldn’t be happier! The ENTIRE process was smooth and easy!
