The owner, John, showed up with his team the same day I requested service (which was greatly appreciated because I was in a panic). Was experiencing some strange flickering and power surges, was not able to use my appliances, and felt very overwhelmed (I am a first time homebuyer). They were able to fix a few necessary issues with my panel but also found the major underlying issue with CenterPoint’s equipment. John was happy to speak with them on my behalf to ensure someone came out to fix the real problem. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I never felt pressured or was upsold on any additional products or services. Not only are you paying for quality service, you are paying for peace of mind. I will be utilizing this company for future electrical-related projects.

Mr. Dependable has done several jobs for me. He upgraded my electric service panel ,, all the breakers for us. He has rewired our hot water heater that was a little under code and made it much safer. Mr. Dependable/John has earned our trust and business. I called him after finding our freezer without power. He came within 2 hours and found the issue after crawling around our attic. John is always great. We got a generator with no idea how to use it. He recommended the model we purchased and came out to install the necessary outlet to breaker box for ease of use. He walked us through starting the generator as well as various operational details. So happy it runs the whole house which is what I asked him about upon initial contact. He did not disappoint. Have used Mr Dependable twice now. Very happy both times. Both were 1/2 day sort of jobs. One was an install of an outdoor electrical outlet with new underground powerline back to the fuse box. The second was installing a power connect near my fuse box and an interlock inside the box (for back feeding a generator). Wasnt in a rush either time but got service within a day or two. I called and set up appointment. John shows up on time the next day to discuss the job and provided feedback on best way to do what I wanted, provided written quote of work for approval. Next day team shows up on time and got work done quickly and professionally. Everyone was quite friendly and easy to work with. Overall an excellent experience and will use again.
