Half the house lost power while I wired ethernet cable from the router to a room upstairs through the attic. I called Bianco and a very patient lady, Phoebe answered the phone. I was called back by Steve right away and he asked me for a couple of simple things, possibly to save me time and money. I liked immediately that he was upfront and transparent.He came the next day and went right to work. He wasnt trying to get me to sign on some dotted line. He went right to the panel and started diagnosing and poking and fixing, with not one word about the price. Steve just wanted to fix the problem by getting down to it. I kept asking him questions and he answered them all until I realized I was talking too much for him to focus on the task in front of him.The panel needled a part which he left the premise to go and get. He went outside and caulked silicon to make it waterproof. The power was back up. He charged me a very reasonable amount and I paid him by Zelle. He gave me an estimate for a possible future work and that was very reasonable as well.I love the fact that he wasnt a salesman but rather a true professional who cared that I had safe and functioning electrical system. His demeanor is topnotch fielding all of my questions patiently. I will definitely use Steve again for all my electrical needs.

They were wonderful! Pleasant, professional and experienced. They will be back to replace the breaker box! There was constant communication prior to their arrival, which makes things so much easier. I had texted them in the evening to see when the appointment could be made, they told me theyd be there in the morning....and they were! Highly recommend!

Bianco Electrical upgraded my electric system to a 200amp. They were neat and professional and now I have plenty of room in my electrical box to add central AC to my home
