Quality and experience at its best, had my boiler installed 3 years ago by a well known company but for somehow a piece was changed constantly over and over, until it went out of warranty, I looked for other options as I felt I was getting scammed. Wilson replied right away and came to my house, he educated me and saw lots of flaws and parts that were not for the boiler and were causing problems, now the installation we thought was well done it was wrong all the time. Parts that were not needed are noa there without use felt we were over hard by the other company, Wilson made all to work. He came for one piece and explained why it was going to break again and suggest to make some changes and adjustments. Now our boiler is running like it should. I highly recommend best of all Wilson gives warranty on all his parts and services.

He came within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, my burner was running. The bill, I thought, was LOWER than it should have been, so I gave him extra. HE TRIED TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK! Our typical HVAC guy was out of town, so I was frantically calling different companies to come see if they could give us a quote to replace the unit. Most companies were giving unreasonable quotes (especially since this was in a middle of a heatwave), with 5-10 day lead times. We have a baby at home and didnt have the luxury of waiting. We called Wilson and he came by that evening, quoted us a very fair price, and installed a new unit with his team by Sunday night.Wilson and his crew are incredibly hardworking, attentive, and respectful.
