Mr. Kobs gave me the most organized and detailed estimate and bid package I have ever seen. His organization and details on his bid is the reason I was able to get my construction loan approved within a weeks time. My Banker even commented that he hadn’t seen a proposal that organized in a long time. I can’t wait to see what my Camp in Bay St. Louis MS is going to look like because I know J. Corbet has such a passion for detail in all of his work.
