6 weeks ago we had a backup that I called another company that cleared the clogg but didn’t clear the root cause. This caused and insurance claim to replace our carpeting in the basement. As I came today to prepare the basement for new carpet install, we had another back up. The original company was going to charge me again to come out so I was referred by a neighbor to Dependable Sewer. So, this is a second backup, Dependable Sewer came when we needed them most!!! Second back up in 6 weeks. Dependable came out on an “emergency call” at 9:30 pm. They didn’t up charge for an “emergency call” either! They ran the snake all the way to the main clearing the obstruction. They also gave me a 90 day guarantee that if it clogs again they come out again.Thank you Dependable Sewer for helping us in our desperate time in need!!!!

We had sewage back up into our basement over the weekend. Another company came out for an inspection and quoted us over $1000 to cut out roots in the drains. Everyone I know told me to call Dependable for another quote.They should have been our first call.The gentlemen who came out today did their own inspection, offered a cheaper solution, and solved a problem I didnt even know we had, potentially saving us money on our electric bill! They are affordable and will get out there within a reasonable timeframe. They wont overcharge you and can get a camera out into your pipes to find where the problem is and or to find your septic tank if you dont exactly know where it is located. They can even install a quick service pipe so that your toilet doesnt have to be pulled when snaking your pipes.

Exceptional company. I had called the closest company to me when our sewer started backing up. Things didn’t go as planned so I asked around locally and this company was recommended time and again. I called them and they were out within just a few short hours of my call. I called yesterday, just to find out IF they could come out and replace a toilet, and they were there and did the job the same day. Since I wasnt expecting it to be done yesterday, only my 83-year old mother-in-law and my 19-year old autistic son were there. My son was right on top of them the whole time, and asked some crazy questions, and they were super with him. New toilet, and great people. Couldnt ask for anything better! :)

Over the weekend, my pipes clogged pretty deep and water was backing up. I called on Monday, they had someone out the very next day. They were able to meet me later in the day (I couldnt get the day off), so it was dark out. The tech that came out got the clog removed and my pipes are draining without a problem.Price was far cheaper than I expected. Service was faster than I expected. I recommend this company.

Weve used Dependable for years and every time I am grateful. They are professional, informative, and get the job done. We live in a residential area with big, established trees and old sewers so were used to seeing Dependable once a year. Usually they cut back the roots, put the root kill foam down the sewer, and were good for quite awhile only really having them back to clear out sludge and build-up. Shout out to the dispatchers who answer the phone and schedule the appointments, they are so helpful and kind, and a big thank you to the technicians augering our sewer lines and cleaning up afterwards like it never happened. Its a dirty job and Im thankful they do it! Worth every penny.

So glad we chose to go with this company over the others! They came out the same day, which was not available with other companies when calling for quotes. These guys were experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. In less than 45 minutes, they had my sewage pipes leading to my septic (under my tiny outdoor crawl space), cleaned out and unplugged from hair and years of gunk build-up. The pricing was fair and affordable. Myself and my family are extremely happy with the overall service and outcome. Will highly recommend this company to others and call them for all future plumbing/sewer needs.

I called at about 3pm the day after Christmas to set up a clean out for the next day. They told me they could get there that day still. I said I didnt want to pay after hours fees and the next day would be fine. They informed me that their rates dont change. So I agreed and about an hour later they called and said they were on their way. Eric G. Showed up and worked like a dog for 3 hours, running that cutter out to 100 ft. And back, over and over, about 20 times. I was very surprised at how low the bill was when all was said and done. I havent had a clean out in several years and last time it was a competitor. This bill was lower than that one. I will use dependable for all my future needs. Very well done. Thanks Eric!

It was late afternoon and I heard bubbling in my drains and I knew my septic tank was full. I called them the next day and they came within hours of me calling and got it pumped out and taken care of. I had no clue the location of the lid but they found it in seconds under the lawn. The staff member was a great person and answered all my questions along with sharing other job experiences that we both had a good laugh about. I highly recommend them to anyone and will be using only them for any further septic problems I have.

Ive had ongoing problems with my sump pump, including 2 failures in the last 4 years resulting in flooded basement. On Super Bowl Sunday, my sump pump was stuck on and I called Dependable. Justin came to our house that day and installed a temporary sump pump. While here, Justin observed that our sump pump discharge line appeared to be leaking back into the footing tiles, which brought the same water right back to our sump crock. We scheduled Dependable to come back and examine our sump line with a camera, and sure enough they found the line was broken just outside our basement wall. They attempted to hand dig down to the sump line to repair it, but due to the small space and the gravel fill they couldnt complete the job. They recommended (for a small added charge above the quoted repair cost) to bring an excavator and install an entirely new sump discharge line. That project was successful. Through several visits to our house by multiple employees from Dependable, they did leave some messes. On one occasion they didnt show up when scheduled due to other emergencies they had to deal with, and I finally had to call to see if they were coming. Their communication can be improved in that area. But overall, I am very satisfied with their service. Justin in particular was very helpful and considerate, and went out of his way to help and accommodate. When I asked him to clean up their mess, he was apologetic and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves at their next visit. Dependable worked with me to help manage costs and provided options for scope of work, schedule and payment. I feel like the work they did was good quality, their price was fair and they responded well to my communication and requests. Somebody give Justin a raise - he is a top quality professional!

We lost our well at the house and had no running water, we decided to have city water hooked up and needed a contractor to come in and install a water line from the house to the road. I called dependable and the same day I called them, within a hour Troy was at the door to see what I needed. The estimate was reasonable so we went with them. Because of the situation being without water, Troy adjusted his schedule to help us out. And within the week Troy and his partner installed the line. They were very helpful throughout the process pulling permits and coordinating the hookup with the township and county. They did an outstanding and very professional job even the guy from the country committed on how nice of a job they did. I would highly recommend dependable to anyone who needs a professional plumbing job done.

I had Justin out this week and he ran my lines to fix a clog. He was awesome very friendly and professional even helped me dig up my septic. He let me know that my septic tank was pretty full and showed me where the inflow pipe and I decided I should get it pumped sometime soon so I had that done today and Scott and I cant remember the other guys name came out and did that for me. Both were very professional and friendly. They even charged me less than what was quoted since my septic was smaller than thought. I live in Caro and they were cheaper than what i was quoted from other septic companies in the area. Would recommend them to anyone in need of septic or plumbing needs.

Sam came out to take care of the sewer line. He ran into issues and had to return the next day to complete the work. Im a facilities director at a school district and contractor relationships are very important to me. My most recent example was a backed up facilities in a restroom. You pay contractors to solve problems and make them go away. Arrived home from work last Thursday to find my wife almost to tears showing me our basement which had about 3 inches of accumulated water. Counted 67 full shop vac buckets collected and send into the sump. I was a nervous wreck each night going to bed not knowing what my basement was going to look like the following morning.This morning I called Dependable Sewer in Bay City, MI. Called promptly at 7am and within a couple of hours Mike showed up at our door. He snaked our drain tiles where we found quite a bit of tree roots. We then went to sump where he snaked out the incoming from the tile which was like drilling into a dam. The pressure was released once he eliminated the roots which was clogging that line. Now our basement is in the process of drying. Dependable was so good and professional.Mike did a super job!

I have had constant issues with backing up water and flooding out my utility tub. Found these guys by chance under the name Saginaw Sewer Cleaning on Google. Followed to website and called. At 6:30pm they contacted a serviceman and sent him my way. Freddy arrived and we walked through possibilities, checked the drains, cleaned out the main line in the basement concrete floor that my plumbing snake couldnt get, and with a little time he had it clean and running better than when we bought the place a year ago. Very friendly and quick, gave some good preventative tips/ warning signs, answered a few questions about our strange pipe layout, and was all done in about an hour for $80. Was very pleased and will be looking to contact them again for future plumbing work.

I have worked with Dependable Sewer many times since purchasing my house. They have always been a tremendous help with unclogging drain lines, removing roots from drain lines, and installing a clean-out and cleaning out the drain tiles.Today was another great example. My kitchen sink was backing up into my bathtub (it was gross!). Thomas came out to take care of the problem and he made sure all of the lines that were plugged were clear before he considered the job complete. He was very informative about dos and donts of plugged drain lines and he even took the time to show me how properly plunge a tub, which is something I that will help me in future. The service was prompt and thorough, from diagnosis to clean-up.

My family and I have used Dependable for years and they have always been first rate.Recently we needed some sewer pipe replaced because it was the cast iron type in parts of a larger home. Jason and AJ had to go thru a 20 foot concrete wall under a crawl space mind you and they stayed on it until they completed the job.The concrete was around the pipe and most places would have run a bypass around the 20 ft concrete base thru my basement and that would have looked awful. NOBODY could have done this job but Dependable Sewer cleaners and we cannot thank Jason and AJ enough. This is a very dedicated company and they are THE BEST in what they do. Customers for life!
