Home Remodel After Water DamageRating: ★★★★★ (5/5)When our cabin suffered water damage, we were overwhelmed—not just by the repairs, but by the whole insurance process. Thankfully, Pat and Jacqueline, at GPS Restoration, came to the rescue. From the initial phone call and throughout the remodel, they both went above and beyond to guide us through each step.The team at GPS was not only skilled in the actual repairs but also incredibly helpful when it came to navigating the insurance claim. They worked directly with the insurance adjuster to ensure all the damage was properly documented and that we were covered for everything needed. They even provided detailed estimates and photos, which made a huge difference in speeding up the claims process.The remodel itself was fantastic. They replaced the water-damaged carpet, repaired walls, and rebuilt our bar area, all while keeping the lines of communication open with us. We have been very happy with the work that GPS Restoration did for us after the fire in our home. They worked well with our insurance company. They responded to our questions in a timely manner. Their experience in working with home fires was invaluable. I hope we never have another fire in our home, but if we do we will call upon GPS Restoration.
