Man let me just say for my 1st out of state investment property, I am so humbled by how amazing the Manuel Builders team and one the most professional, friendly and down to earth Site Superintendents you will ever meet Daniel J Mercante have been through the entire building process. From the sales team member, Jenna Griffin, who was so wonderful, to the pre-construction team member Lisa Keeter, who is so thorough and cares about your build just as much as the home owner.I just want to send a Special Thanks to Daniel for making my construction experience so amazing, seamless and nonstressful. I personally couldnt have asked for a better partner to construct such a beautiful home with. The craftsmanship is bar none. Thanks for being so amazing and genuine.

They are building a house down the street from me where i walk very often.They are very courtesy and if something is needed i speak to Daniel and it is handled.Definitely recommend them for projects in your neighborhood

Our experience is in the pre-production stage. So far we have been completely satisfied with our services. Jenna has been amazing and so sweet. Toni, without your help I would have been crippled with the decisions I had to make. You made it all so comfortable and relaxed that I could have chosen stuff all day. Lol. Thank yall so much. After our house burned down and we lost everything, we didnt have a clue as to where to start with anything. I want to thank our Niece Ashley for telling us and showing us your website and its been a whole lot easier for us. We cant wait for things to start happening on our lot and our house starts to come up. I know being homeless may not seem all that bad to some people but it has been a very huge nightmare for us. We cant wait to have a place to call home again. Waiting patiently for the Production Phase to start happening. If everything else goes as well as Pre-production, I will give another review and as many stars as I can. Thanks guys!

Manuel Builders has made building a wonderful experience. From the first day we meet to discuss the plans with all of the changes we wished to today about one month to finish we could not ask for a more helpful or responsive builder. The work is of the highest quality is all aspects. We cannot weight to get into our new house.

Everyone there has been awesome so far we are in the beginning phases with our home but everything and everyone so far has been very helpful and very easy to work with can’t wait for the house to be completed. Also have to give a big shout out to Brigitte LaCour with Assurance Financial she is amazing wouldn’t be where we are now without her !!
