    Stephen was VERY personable from the get go! He was fair, knowledgable and prompt when we asked for an estimate, and when it came time to move forward on our new Parking Lot Lights, they were right ready and available. We recommend Brackley Electric whole heartedly.

    Had a leg on my Service entrance burn up on a Saturday afternoon, half the house was dark, Matt and his crew came over as soon as CMP cut power to the house and installed a new service, to include meter , cable, and weather head. His crew was polite and professional. Had it up and running 3 hours later. I was very skeptical if anyone could fix this so fast given the time of weekend. Impressive to say the least.Highly recommend!!

    I have used Brackley Electric for all my rental properties. Naturally, I had them retrofit the electrical at my new restaurant, Brunos Wood-Fired Pizzeria in Bath, they were very accommodating with our needs and change orders. Very professional and hard working.

    These guys were GREAT! We had to have some electrical work done before installing a new sump pump. We contacted Brackley Electric and set up a time for them to come by. They were prompt and courteous and explained things clearly to me so I could relay to my husband when he returned home. We set up another appointment a few weeks later for some additional work and a safety check. Another positive experience with the second crew. I recommended them to a friend who also used them and she too was extremely pleased. They are now our electricians. Highly recommend them!

    Brackley electric saved me when the original contracted electrician got too busy with other jobs. Matt, the owner, came by and priced out wiring our new bathroom, cleaning up our main panel, properly grounding two sub panels and putting in switches in the basement. Great price and his guys were awesome. Done in two days, on time, no hassle, great work and dealt with my animals in the house. Matt even came back a month later himself to locate and fix a short in the garage. I recommend Brackley electric to any of my clients or realtors who have electrical issues or need updated or new wiring installed. Matt has employees so he can handle more than one job at a time and his guys are great. They fit in my small job when I know they had multiple large homes and businesses they were working on.     I had a great experience working with Brackley Electric. They were responsive to my service call which is sometimes difficult with other contractors to even get a call back. I was very pleased with their work and efficiency. I had them upgrade my electric outlets in my rental to tamper proof and a couple other small projects in my personal residence. Will use them again without hesitation.

    Reliable, responsive, professional. Cant recommend Brackley Electric enough. We called Matthew for electrical work to support some home renovations, most recently a Generac standby generator install. What immediately impressed was the way his team worked with us to explain all options, then stayed available for questions during the work, and after. Every phase of the project, including when and how to coordinate with utility companies, was on a well-explained timeline. Everything was made as easy as possible for us. Professional and courteous--their work has been of the highest quality. And these are exactly the kind of people you want working in your home. Feel very fortunate to have found them.

    Great experience with Brackley Electric. Tree came down and destroyed my Uncles outside power source.Going down the list of local Electric companies and after 2 answering machines got in touch with Cody at Bracklys. Explained the situation, uncle 87 years old,been without power 2 days. He said that it would be Friday. I told him that I would get back to him. 2 minutes later Cody called back and said that something came up and they could have someone there today. Enter Lucas. Very professional and very good worker. Had everything back together in very short time. Really enjoyed meeting this young man. Thank you Brackley Electric for being a company that cares.

    Cant say enough good things about Lucas, our friendly neighborhood electrician at Brackley Electric. His construction experience gives him an understanding of the structure of a building that lets him run wires like Spiderman slinging webs. Everything he does is thoughtful and careful, with his priorities being safety and a neat, clean installation.     Brackley Electric installed a roof de-icing system in the spring of last year as part of a roof repair done at that time. First, this has to be the best, and most positive, experience we have ever had with a home electrical, or construction, contractor group!! The interactions and communication with the customer, attention to project details, quality of work, and follow through with completion of the project including clean up were absolutely superb. The system was installed in the spring so at the time, the warming weather made it difficult to assess whether the system was working properly or not and in truth because of that we pretty much ignored it after installation. However, we did over the summer notice once or twice when we happened to look that the breaker would be in the off position but in truth we ignored it. With winter arriving in the late fall, of course, we started to pay attention, and anytime we had moisture on the roof, the breaker would pop off. So we called Matt at Brackley Electric. Without any question, and immediately (the next day), they were at our house to check it out!!! Turned out to be a defective heating wire which they immediately replaced without question or charge. Breaker no longer poped off when the roof was wet, however, over the next few weeks, we noticed that the system never turned on even when temps were at freezing and the roof was significantly wet. So I called Brackley. Again, immediately, they were out and replaced the switch which may have been damaged by the shorting out heating wire. There was never any question or charge. The next day it poured rain and it was 33 degrees out, the system turned on! This represents spectacular follow through, customer service, and standing behind their work. Not to be repetitive but again this is the best experience we have ever had with an electrical contractor and we would not hesitate to call them for any work that ever needs to be done at our home, big or small.     Brackley Electric, Inc. did a flawless job with my punch list. From the moment I called and spoke to Nate, I knew I’d be in good hands. Nate had thoughtful responses to all of my questions and he made smart suggestions on how a problem might be solved. Nate put me in the schedule for two consecutive days and reached out prior to my appointment to confirm. My appointment fell on the day of an ice storm, so as luck would have it, they sent 2 of their top guys- Steve and Lucas. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their level of professionalism and care. They were able to think on their feet and propose smart solutions. I would highly recommend this company.

    My husband got tired on me complaining about not being able to see things in the coat closet. A quick phone call was all that was needed and Matt had one of his guys here in no time; new light wired and installed, and even more excited that its motion sensors (leaving lights on is one of my pets peeves; this one goes off shortly after you close the door.     Lucas and Shane spent 2 days at our property doing a wide variety of electrical repairs and upgrades on a historical building. They were professional, respectful, and very friendly. They made us feel safe and comfortable as well as being extremely informative. They addressed our concerns and did a masterful job. They were conscientious and thorough.     Called Brackley Electric this morning with an electrical issue at the towns school. Although they are booked out for weeks, I was told they would see what they could do to help. They had an electrician at our door later this morning who was able to get us back up and running! Amazing to me as we were not even a regular customer! Fast-Friendly-Professional.     I cant say enough nice things about Brackley Electric. Nate was patient and flexible. He graciously rescheduled his initial visit 3 times because my schedule kept changing. He walked me through what they would be able to do and was honest about minor repairs I might need to make afterward. I felt comfortable leaving a key out for the electricians Dan and Lucas. I would never have known they were there if I didnt have shiny new lights and fans when I came home. They did such a great job! I did not have any repairs to make and the switches work flawlessly. Turns out I did have a fan that wasnt working correctly and dang if they didnt come back out 2 days later to replace it! I am so happy with them I am already planning and saving for the next project.
