Dave and his crew were fantastic and did a beautiful restoration on our very old wood floors which needed a ton of love. I called and he was over within an hour for an estimate (on a weekend)! His crew began the work a few days after, and he routinely checked in on progress. They worked hard to get it done quickly so we could move in, even though it’s the slow season for them, and they did a really wonderful job. He was very responsive whenever we needed to get a hold of him. I spent a lot of time looking online and decided I wanted to go with a local company (aka not a Portland company) and assumed I would pay more for that. I was very surprised to find that his pricing was lower than a lot of other places, all of which had really terrible reviews. I definitely recommend them!

Dave (and all concerned) did a wonderful job. I cant recommend him more highly. My house was built in 1780 with some original pine floors and some recently added. The newer floors look great but the older ones are amazing in their beauty. For the last few days I have been walking around in socks admiring his handiwork. And equally important, when Dave gives you an estimate, its absolute. You wont get any surprises when you pay your bill. And he cleans up after himself. For that, I give him ten stars.
