    Butler Contracting went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Their process was very easy and efficient. I was able to send video and texts of my concerns directly to them and they quickly followed up with a plan. I had recently hired a fence company to build my dream gate and provide some privacy around my house. The gate looked fine for about a week before it started leaning and cracking at the welded seams. It was so bad, I lost hope that we would find a good company around our area but Butler came out and walked the gates and fences with me and said it would be an easy fix for their team. They also noticed other areas that needed replacing and helped fit that into our budget.Butler came assessed my gate and got me on the schedule in no time. They also fixed the privacy fence around my house which had already begun to lean and didn’t lock anymore.You will love working with this company. Chris keeps in constant communication and was so positive during every interaction.     Engaged this firm to install two large gates with automatic gate openers and a large (35’) flag pole at our ranch in Paige. They did a first class job!     My wife and I wanted to put in a Stock Tank Pool in our backyard to beat the summer heat. We sketched out where to put it and designed a deck to go around it. We had a rough idea of what to do but werent sure exactly how to accomplish it. I had worked with Alan once before to remove some brush from our property and he was prompt and the price was fair so I thought wed call them about this project.Alan met me within 24 hours to discuss the work. He understood immediately what we wanted to do and had great recommendations like adding rails and how to secure the deck with our very uneven backyard. We really wanted them to work on it while the family was out of town so we could be out of their way.Not only was Alan able to provide a quote within another 24 hours, he also worked with his team to squeeze us into their busy schedule and finished the project by the time we got back.All three guys that worked on our deck were great, but I have to brag on Eijah in particular. He stayed behind to clean every piece of trash and even blew off every part of saw dust. Just the kind of guy he is.I would recommend Butler Brothers to friends, family and anyone who reads this review. Were super happy with our new Stock Tank Pool and the great new space for our backyard.

    Great company to work with. I was having problems with a sliding gate, there was no one in my area that could fix it.     Had Alan and the guys out here to fix a leak in the roof awhile back and they are nothing but professional and understanding and walked me through every step so when a bullet came through my roof a few weeks ago he was my first call and Alan and Chris have been nothing but awesome in helping us with everything even insurance.     I am a widow who knows nearly nothing about home repairs. Water started leaking into my kitchen and I was nearly hysterical. I have had a couple of business interactions over the last couple of years with Alan Butler and he impressed me with his general construction knowledge and overall honesty. So I called Butler Contracting and was lucky enough to speak to Chris Butler. She helped me calm down and gave me some next steps to do. (Contact insurance and get someone to come and look at the situation ).Someone from Butler Contracting came to give me an assessment, determining it to most likely be a plumbing issue. Chris helped me contact a plumber who could come out the next day.It turned out to be a relatively minor plumbing issue and got resolved.But without assistance from Alan and Chris Butler this could have assumed epic proportions to me. I am so glad I met Alan and now Chris Butler. I highly prize technical skills and honesty and have found both, as well as a willingness to help a stranger in Butler Contracting.Thanks to Butler Contracting and to Kimco (the plumber who found the plumbing problem).     This was my first rodeo with hiring a contractor. Im a do it yourself kind of person, unless I just cant figure a way. I contacted the Butler Brothers Odd Jobs, and they were able to come out and give me a quote on making a foundation and putting together a Lifetime resin 8x12.5 shed. The same week 4 guys showed up and had it completed in a few hours. They answered all my question and gave great suggestions. Very pleased with all they did.     *UPDATE* Butler did so well on our previous small fence project that we rehired them to fence our entire place with about 600 feet of fencing plus a gate. Still excellent! We love the new fence and the part it will play in our plans for our land.Excellent experience all around! We needed about 100 feet of fencing installed to support the year-round growth of flowering vines for our future bees. Chris listened to what we wanted and Alan called me the next day to discuss the project further.Alan was very attentive and answered all of my questions patiently and with professionalism. He was able to come by the very same day and discuss the various options that were available for our unique needs. The crew came out within 3 days to complete the project. Chad and Cole were amazing! They worked hard and did a fantastic job. They always had a smile for me even though it was real-feel a billion degrees out there. This company is a class act! Would recommend.

    We have had wonderful experiences with Butler Contracting! They installed our gutters and fenced in our backyard. Most recently they came out to address a warranty issue.     I used Butler Contracting to help me with an outdoor fire pit project. These guys completed my project 3 days earlier than projected. They went above and beyond, adding on nice little details I didn’t even specifically ask for in order for my pit to look as good and last as long as possible. Initially I felt the project quote was a little pricey for what I was wanting, however, I am a huge believer in you get what you pay for. With these guys you get that and more, no short cuts, it was built to last. I am very pleased and will use them again in the future.

    UPDATE 11/11/21 I recently found myself in the position of needing a couple of small ( but one of them critical to the completion of other work) jobs done quickly. The project manager not only was able to squeeze me in on short notice but did a terrific job. His suggestion about cabinet placement was spot on and I now have a more user friendly storage system than before. I anticipate making use of this business in the near future and would recommend them to others.Additional review: Since my first review I have used Butler Contracting for two additional projects; revamping a TV/audio area and updating three bathrooms- new tub, frameless shower doors, tile work. Ive been pleased with the quality of the work done and attention to detail. This worked involved several skilled trades and Chris (in the office) is a master at making the scheduling work. Id be happy to use their services again in future.

From start to finish, it was the best experience weve EVER had with any local company.They were reliable, friendly, quick, did the job perfectly. Easy to work with.     I hired Butler Contracting to replace an exterior door and install a new storm door. The original door and exterior trim had not been installed properly by someone else. As a result of the improper installation, water and bugs were getting inside the building. Butler Contracting installed the new doors and made the necessary repairs to the exterior trim. As a result, I am no longer having issues with water intrusion and bugs.I needed the project to be completed as soon as possible. Butler Contracting was able to get started right away and complete the project in the timeframe that I required.

    Ive used Butler Contracting for several jobs on my investment properties. They are reliable and good problem solvers. I called them last week for a rush job to repair some floor tile and they went the extra mile to fit it in their schedule on short notice.When I want quality work without hassle I call Butler. They are on the expensive side, but if you need it done right the first time without a lot of drama, they are the ones to call.Jobs Ive used them for: Replaced toilet, Installed bathroom tile floor, Repaired a cracked tile floor. Repaired damage to an exterior door.Pros: Their online system for approving jobs and invoicing is really convenient. They communicate well.Cons: Pricing is higher that other contractors Ive used. They ask for a 75% deposit to schedule jobs even when I provide materials which is higher than what I am used to doing, but I trust them more than other contractors to finish work in a timely manner and stand by their work. So I am not as concerned about needing to hold back funds for leverage to complete jobs.Overall I Would recommend them.

    Butler recently pressured washed house, driveway, etc and installed carpet in several rooms. We are very pleased with their work. Service people are helpful and courteous. We have scheduled with Butler to remove and install a new fence. Because of the quality of service, we have other projects to discuss with them.

    We source handyman services all over the U.S. to provide assembly of a product we manufacture. The product is basically a very short carport on wheels with a hinged lockable door. So, its a bit unique. I contacted Butler Brothers as a part of our normal procedure of get two to three quotes. They were quick to reply and after I provided the instructions (paper and video) they were confident in their ability. Keep in mind, our needs include building an aluminum frame then skinning it with metal siding and adding all the custom fabbed parts. Their crew was on time and required little assistance over the phone. We messed up on some hardware counts so they called. They finished the job in the time we discussed and the owner of the product was pleased with the crew that was on there property.Butler Brothers won my trust and we are in negotiations to have his crew travel to do future assemblies in the surrounding areas. They are professional, prompt and accurate. Not only would I use them again, I am.

    Only went through the preliminary walk through so far, will update ones the job is completed. So far they have been professional, transparent with charges and responsive to questions.The work is finally finished, had flooring put in halls,bathroom, bedroom and walls repaired and repainted. They were quick, and open about everything that needed to be done, paid a little more than I would have liked but who really wants to pay? With the price of materials and labor these days I feel like everything was fair and would def. recommend their services to anyone looking for repairs or replacements around their home.

    A couple years ago I had a fence company come out and install a PVC or vinyl type fence. Within one week, nothing lined up good at all. Gates would not open and close. They had to be forced.I heard that Butler Contracting did excellent fence work. They started the job within one week and completed it in two days. They did an awesome job. The fence is better now than when it was brand new. They did some reinforcement and areas where it was very flimsy. Thank you guys for everything.

    Working with Butler Brothers has been a positive experience. I had initially called 3 different contractors for a relatively minor roof repair. Of the 3, Butler Brothers was the only one to display professionalism, integrity, and technical competence. While their prices were higher and I had to wait in line, I have confidence the job was done right. Specifically, Alan contacted me when he said he would, every time. He was willing to put specifics in writing as a binding contract instead of speaking in specifics and writing vague statements. He and his team correctly identified the source of the problem and brought the necessary supplies to correct it. His team showed up when scheduled and corrected all issues identified and others that were hidden.I will continue to use Butler Brothers in the future. In my opinion, having the job done right and dealing with integrity are worth the price and wait.

    Alan and his team helped us outfit our property to bring some horses and other four legged friends to our home. We didnt really know what we wanted, Alan helped us come up with a plan for a loafing shed and carport that has ending up being super efficient. They also installed a good bit of very high quality fencing for us. Im a military wife and dont like having people on my property when Im not home(and especially when my husband is gone) but felt completely comfortable with Alans team as it was the same guys each day who always showed up on time. I received an email at the end of each day with a recap of what was done and where we were in the project. Anytime I wanted to add something to the project it was never an issue.     I hired Butler Brothers previously for seamless gutters (GREAT job and price). Last monday I had a bathroom leak and within 5 minutes of my call they had someone contact me. Lupe (a certified master plumber) volunteered to come fix it at 7 am the next morning so I wouldnt be late for work. They also didnt charge me for emergency service. Its a relief to know I have their level of help and expertise when I need it. Thank you Alan and team!

    I recently hired Butler Brothers for power washing the deck at the back of my house, pruning trees that were too close to my roof, repairing a few damaged shingles, and power washing and painting the fence around my yard. They did a great job, at the date that they promised. The work was done over two days by a three-man crew of Elijah, Frank and Terrence. Now the back deck is cleaner than it has been in years, and the fence looks great. They took good care in protecting plants close to the fence when they did the paint job. Would definitely recommend.

    Great experience with the Butler Brothers. I had them construct almost 500ft of privacy fence at my new home. Despite being out of state and traveling, they worked to communicate the design and make changes after completion once I finally got eyes on. Definitely would recommend for any job around the house.     Definitely the best decision I could have made was hiring Alan and his well trained crew for leveling my pier and beam house. They are very responsive and prompt, they were here when they said theyd be here, worked very efficiently, and managed a couple of other projects during the day.     My wife and I had roof damage from one storm system while we were out of town. Discovered the damage two days before another storm system.     We hired Butler Brothers for a fence and gate repair project. Alan came out to review our project needs and provided us with a very quick and fair bid. He and his crew arrived when expected and we were told the project would take 3 to 4 days and they wrapped It up in 3. In addition, they took extra care and went above to address some water drainage issues in and around our fence line.     Top Rate Customer Service! My introduction to the Butler Brothers was through Chris Butler. She was professional, kind, and did a good job of laying out what to expect from my consult. Now, I have to admit, this was the first time I’ve been informed that I’d have to pay for my consult. It was an immediate turn off, and I ended up postponing my consult. So, I proceeded with my other (free) Bids first. After not feeling good with my first 2 free consults, I thought lets go ahead and pay for them to give me a quote :(.     I was linked to this business due to an error in Google search the company is located in a different state that I am located in. What I find amazing about this company is that once they found out they could not provide a service for me you would have thought they just would have stopped contacting me. But that is not the case I spoke with Chris Butler on the phone multiple times and she was extremely helpful in trying to find me a fencing contractor in the state that they do not service. Chris put me in contact with the American fencing Association where I was able to see a lot of highly qualified fencing companies in my location. This was not the end of her assistant and helping me she also sent me a link to training videos about fences so that I would be more educated in choosing the type of fence that was right for my property. this type of customer relationship is second to none, I cannot remember how long it has been since I have dealt with a company that is so focused on customer service.

    Another professionally completed job by Butler Bros! This time they replaced two old leaky bedroom windows, that face the western sun, with two awesome Low E, double pained, double solar windows.
