    This review is long overdue, but wanted to give Nero the credit they deserve. Nero did our kitchen tiles in 2023. It turned out so beautiful! Oksana was quick to respond, great communication. Ruslan is so meticulous, very professional and does such beautiful work. Highly recommend this company. We would definitely hire them for future projects.

    I used Nero several times for floor tile, a kitchen backsplash as well as a complete bathroom gut renovation. Ruslan and his team have been incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of my home. The quality of work has been excellent and they are easy to communicate with via text for pricing and materials. I plan on using Nero for my 2nd bathroom remodel soon and highly recommend to anyone else!

    I hired them to redo tiles in my 2 bathrooms. They completed the work in 4 days. Im very pleased with their work, done to perfection. Really professional look and nicely done. Also, they have been very good in answering my text messages regarding any questions. Very responsive to questions.My suggestion would be to share the tile layout and tile images in advance to ensure they know what you are looking for.Overall, happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Nice work!!!

    We had a very good experience with Ruslan for tile demo and the install of new fireplace tile with mantle. The end product turned out great, we are so happy with it. I know they did a quality job and put good effort into it.Oksana did good at following through on the details as well.We would absolutely use them again
