    Christopher Ussery is a HERO!!!! Steady Flo Plumbing came in cutch we stan a 24 hours company! It took only 30 min for him to and only less than an hour to fix the job!     My bathroom tub had been backing up for 5 days. I put liquid plumber in the drains multiple times but then my sinks became slow to drain. I called Steady Flo and they had a tech to my house in 24 hrs. The young man who came out was Chris. He was very professional and thoroughly investigated the situation. He was able to correct the issue while troubleshooting. I am very thankful to have a local plumbing company I can trust. As a single woman its nice to know who you can call in a jam to fix the man chores of the house.

    I was so very pleased with service that I received from Steady Flo Plumbing. The technician was very knowledgeable. My kitchen was destroyed from a pipe bursting and this company was willing to come from an hour away to help fix the issue knowing it would be almost midnight before they arrived. Austin communicated with me before and during the entire process. He was very professional and he even made a follow up call the next day.     I have not used this company, yet, but I will because of the quality of the folks there. I was returning to my farm when two very heavy feed buckets slide out of my truck at a very busy intersection. The owner, I think, and a second fellow stopped, helped me recover the items out of the road and they lifted them back onto my truck(they were to heavy for me to pickup by myself). Then to top it off they retrieved from their truck a strap to insure the items would remain secure and would not let me pay them for it. Wow, what service from two great guys. You can bet if and when I have a plumbing problem, it will be Steady Flo whom I call.

    This is the first time I’ve used this company, and definitely not the last. The scheduler was so sweet and helpful. The technician was very professional and thorough. Could have charged me for repairs I didn’t even need, but instead told me there was no issue with my pipes, just a broken adapter that I could replace myself. I had an unrelated leak later the same day and the scheduler had a technician call me right back and talk me through temporarily fixing the issue until they could come out. I am blown away by this company. It’s rare that I’ve encountered such customer service and immediate attention from a company. Highly recommend!!

    I cannot say enough positive things about the employees at Steady Flow Plumbing. From the very first communications with them they exceeded all of my expectations. We needed repairs done to our home before we sold it and they worked with us while we were out of town. They gave clear estimates beforehand and there were no hidden fees. Even when things didn’t go as planned (through no fault of their company) they came right back out and made sure everything was okay.The guys who came to my home were respectful and helpful and gave me peace of mind throughout the process by sending me photos and calling me with updates.Mason was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready in time for our inspection. The ladies who operate the front desk were amazing at scheduling everything for us and called to follow up that we were happy with everything.I have never had such a positive experience during such a stressful time with repairs before- and I’m so grateful I found this business.     No only did Steady Flo and Septic offer a timely diagnostic (came out the next day) they also performed repairs the day of. We had a leak on the second floor that was coming down to the main floor. Joe & Chris were able to identify the primary issue which was a shower valve within the wall and they investigated other areas in the house that the leak could have negatively impacted. They were able to find that the carpet in the adjacent room was also wet due to the leak.The duo worked efficiently and communicated thoroughly. They even left to go get additional parts and returned promptly to continue working. They were able to repair the primary issue and the additional issues that were caused that we hadnt yet identified. The costs for the repairs was reasonable and the time they spent was used wisely.I would highly recommend Steady Flo & Septic to address your plumbing needs.

    I had a bit of a difficult situation with some old plumbing and some stuff broken by a third party. Steady Flo was so flippin helpful, with diagnosing what was wrong, giving me options on how to fix it, pointing out some stuff my home inspector missed, and giving me a price to fix that. NOT salesy or pushy, just helpful and informative. They answered questions well and handled a few change requests with ease. This is the first time Ive worked with them, and I wont hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber - you should call them, too!

    We had our hot water tank die on a Friday afternoon. I called the company weve used for 20 years and was told they couldnt replace until Mon afternoon. I called SteadyFlo and they answered their phone and sent the plumber out Fri night after 6:30! We had a new tank installed Sat afternoon! And for a bit less than we would have paid for a Monday installation!An added bonus, the plumber is female!This is my new plumbing company!

    I called at 8;00 am because water was backing up into my bathtub. The ladies in the office, Haley and Courtney, were accommodating and pleasant. They said there were overbooked but would try to fit me in.Chris showed up after 8:00 pm and went to work. After a long day in 100° heat, he was still pleasant.I can’t express how grateful I am for the effort everyone exhibited.I will call them again and recommend them to friends and family

    Excellent service! A real person answered the phone on a Friday night. Very polite and professional. Evan arrived in one hour or less as promised. Great attitude, very knowledgeable, and got the job completed on a dark, cold night. Water line had broken at the meter and the city had turned our water off.
