    We built with KNL and have been in our house for 3 years.KNL provides a quality product with exceptional wood work. Our Library and other built in cabinets in the bathrooms/bedroom/great room are just beautiful. My wife and I had a tough time picking out things in a custom house, combined with our work schedule and some really cold (-15 deg winters) weather slowed down our project. Todd was patient with us, and even was willing to go with us to pick out tile/flooring and granite counters at different places. He has a great eye for interior design. He also had some innovative ideas to add to our house for some special considerations.If we had any struggles at all, he was willing to make sure things were corrected. He is not a builder that disappears at a year or after you pay your money. I had this experience with two other builders who never came back to fix what they said they would finish.Todd allowed us to make some change orders along they way as well, and this turned out nicely. We framed in a screen porch which is a favorite sunroom, and another screened area we decided to make a sunroom. Both of these rooms became greatly used space by our family and pets.Our bonus room above the garage also was well worth finishing it.Todd at KNL will guide you through the process. I found that a truly custom home takes time and planning, and continued communication with your builder. We can only speak for ourselves, but wed use him again. I asked him to build a home for us in another state, but I dont think he is going to be able to pull that off, but you never know!!!We also have KNL doing a few other smaller projects for us now.BTW, his wife Kelly is an awesome real estate agent. She sold our old house the first day it was on the market in Broadview Hts., staged the house with furniture and all went smooth. She was also able to sell a coop/condo for us during a down market.

    Absolutely LOVE KNL quality. Though we haven’t built with KNL, we have used them for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. Thank you for helping me love my home!
