    Hello, I finally was able to change my windows! First, I found the process simple, professional, and very organized. The windows look beautiful and my home is warmer.The Sales Service Consultant, Will Kraus was professional, and very patient with me, as I was undecisive with price. He explained the benefits to our home with all the upgrades and new windows and came to our home to make sure all the sizes of our windows were measured correctly. It was nice knowing we could trust someone for such an important decision.We were able to call Will Kraus if we had any questions and he was always available. I also have to say the team that installed the windows was very professional and did a great job. Joe Murphy made sure everything looked nice!Thank you, Will Kraus and Joe Murphy.

    Just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the service and installation we received. A very special thank you to Jason Merkowski who really went over and above answering my many questions and always returned calls promptly. He is a treasure to your organization and customer service reputation. Additionally the two men (John and Kevin??) who prepared the installation were great. They could not have been more professional, neat and courteous. The whole team seems to understand the meaning of customer service which is very hard to come by these days. So congratulations!

    Amazing customer service Plumbers Kevin Roux and Luke Roy came and replaced our hot water heater. They were courteous, professional and very friendly. They were knowledgeable and came on time. Definitely would highly recommend this team and use them again in the future. A 5 star experience!

    This company was great for years but has gone downhill fast. We prepaid for our oil last year in order to get a fixed price. We returned home on Sunday from our first vacation in 4 years and found the oil tank was very low. This is unusual because we have automatic oil deliveries and they normally keep the tank at least half full. We called the next day on Monday 5/10 to let them know. They said theyll fill our tank but even though we have a prebuy fixed price contract at $2.039 and a $500 credit left they said that plan is over April 30th and we have pay $2.899 per gallon??In 2020 we had deliveries 1-27-2020 and 4-6-2020. Our last delivery was 1-19-2021 and they never made a delivery in April this year like they normally do. It certainly makes it seem like they waited to deliver the oil we needed so they could raise the price.We spoke with Kayla the customer service manager in Waterbury on Monday 5/10 and she agreed that what happened didnt look good but said she didnt have the authority to fix it and would call back on Tuesday 5/11. It is now Friday 5/14 and we havent heard from her and we still havent gotten oil.Update 5/17/21: This review has been updated from 1 star to 5 stars. We called again and reached a different customer service manager today, Yasmin. Yasmin is a true customer service professional. Shes very nice and resolved the issue immediately. Were looking forward to continuing to do business with BantamWesson.

    It is rare that you call in for help because the oil tank is empty and no more than an hour later your house is warming up. The gentleman who arrived was extremely courteous, knowledgable and fun. Plus he loved my dog! Excellent excellent service! Of course, theyve always been that way.

    I left a review several weeks ago expressing how pleased we were with the project that BantamWesson undertook for us to install two heating and cooling systems in our farmhouse in Colebrook, CT. BantamWesson just followed up that work with the complete installation of insulation in our house. This will make the heating and cooling system even more energy efficient. The team that BantamWesson sent over to perform the insulation project did a fabulous job. Radimus, Juan and CJ worked really hard and completed the project in amazingly short time. They were very professional.....and nice guys too. They made sure to clean up after the work was completed. We couldnt have been more pleased with them. We highly and unconditionally recommend BantamWesson to any homeowner wishing to upgrade the energy efficiency of their house. Thank you BantamWesson!

    I have been with Bantam Home and Energy for just under three years now and I have no complaints, deliveries are made while there is a reasonable amount of fuel in my tanks, the prices are fair, and the staff I have had contact with have been quite professional. They now have me on automatic fill with a level monitor hooked right to the gauge on the tank to guarantee I dont run out of fuel. The piece of mind alone I get from this company makes them one of the best places I have ever dealt with.

    These people are the best. I called in an emergency and they came right out with the delivery. The customer service was excellent and they were very courteous. ignore those poor reviews, they look like they were just scamming to promote there own services at this companies expense. How Shameful! There is nothing but happiness here!!!
