Roger was amazing!!! We had a scary situation with our electrical panel. I made many calls to electricians near me and left voicemails for all of them. Roger was the only one to pick up! It was such a relief. He was at a job site and offered to come later that evening if needed. He ended up giving us a helpful tip that allowed us to wait for him to come over the next day. He was so sincere and professional on the phone. The next day he came over and fixed the issue and arrived exactly when he said he would. We communicated earlier by text for a few photos he needed beforehand which was nice. He will 100% be our go to electrician going forward!! 😁

5 stars doesnt do them justice! I had a issue with my electric panel and tried every other company and no one would even pick up. Finally I called Roger and after we talked he said he would come over that afternoon. Not only did he show up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Then he said he would fix it that night and in just a few hours I had a new panel at a very good rate. Thanks so much Roger you will be my first call for any future needs.

Wow! Ive been trying for weeks to find an electrician to install a 220 outlet. I contacted over 15 companies. Only 3 had the courtesy to respond to turn down the job. I was about to give up when I found Maine Electrical Solutions. Roger actually answered the phone and was super professional from the start. He first asked for measurements and photos of the space and breaker box. He then explained to me in detail how he would do the job and followed that up with a written estimate. He showed up on time on a Sunday morning to do the work. His workmanship was excellent and he was a joy to talk to.Its so hard to find excellent and trustworthy contractors in Maine. I recommend Roger and Maine Electrical Solutions without hesitation. Truly outstanding.

💯 recommendation to Roger at Maine Electrical Solutions. Needed a dedicated power line run from the circuit panel to a back wall for a hot tub installation. House is on a slab, so Roger had to swim through 16 inches of blown in insulation in my attic. Hot, messy job done in short order! Very satisfied with an unpleasant job done professionally!

I had never dealt with this company before but needed an electrician asap and the listing was in the Hermon area. Called and Roger came out the next day! Was a true pleasure dealing with Roger in every way! He was knowledgeable and informative and always helped me to understand what was going on. I felt Roger was completely honest with me on what needed to be done and why. He was so personable and down to earth. We had a serious event occur during a storm where the power lines to the house were compromised then recharged resulting in significant surge damages to our home. M.E.S was extremely helpful in the first few hours and continued with exceptional service until the job was done. They helped me navigate the insurance process and delivered exactly what was promised precisely when they said it would be done. This is rare these days in my experience. I feel like one of the lucky ones that can actually say, I have a great electrician.These guys get it done.

Our old electrician contact returned no calls or texts while we dealt with a hot and dangerous wall switch in our childrens bedroom! One call to Maine Electrical Solutions and Roger was out at our place fixing the problem in short order. He was very kind about my DIY attempts at a solution :) and was able to fix the problem quickly. His work looks great and now their bedroom is safe. He was transparent about cost and offered great advice that will save us lots of time and money. He even noticed that our old breaker box did not have plugs and added those for safety. With three kids I appreciate that attention to detail. We will definitely be calling Maine Electrical Solutions for any future electrical work.

Roger answered my voicemail and then fit me in quickly even though it was the holiday season. Hes a super nice and professional guy. He diagnosed a problem with our houses power, running lots of tests to make sure he understood what was wrong, and answering all my random questions. Even though the problem wound up being on the power companys side, having this level of information got them to come out and fix the problem the next day. Ill definitely be calling again!
