    Nathan and Stratton were very knowledgeable, honest, understanding and prompt. When Nathan realized the need for a new toilet, he ordered exactly what we needed. He kept us updated along the way and returned to complete the job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond our needs and were a huge blessing in our current situation. I cannot express our gratitude enough and will not think twice about hiring them again! If you need any plumbing needs, THEY’RE your guys!

    Cannot recommend this company enough! We were without water for three days and had to relocate for Christmas which was very devastating for my children. Every plumber in the area gave us a week wait time which seemed nearly impossible to do with young children in our home. Certified Texas Plumbers were able to help us out when we were in a bind. Incredible and professional service and the nicest workers. Literally saved the day for us! 100% recommend.

    My folks called CTP after they found a pretty big leak in their house that required the water to be shut off. Nathan was very understanding and made sure someone came out the same day to assess the situation. When James arrived, he was very efficient and precise in locating and replacing the leaking pipe. Theyre really pleased with the way the job was done and also with the personal level of customer service. Highly recommend and will be relying on them for future needs.

    These guys are great. Had an under foundation hot water leak and we agreed on a whole house reroute. They let me do the work I could do then came in with a crew and made connections, installed new equipment and did a great job and kept us in water so we didnt have to spend a night in a hotel. No screwing around, just hard working crew that got along well and got the job done. Cant say enough good about the whole experience. Fair prices too. Thanks guys.

    These guys are the best! Nathan is so helpful and patient with scheduling and requests. Bryan was quick and efficient with the plumbing work. Don’t waste your time calling other plumbing companies, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!!!

    We recently moved to Lakehills and had to have a water softener put in because the water stinks so bad. Anyway, the hot water still stinks, so called Nathan Plumbing and Brian came out to take a piece off the water heater, but it was sealed on and he couldn’t take it off. This guy was so nice, he went to the store and got a funnel to drain the hot water heater, and put some chemical that would kill the odor. He did not have to do any of this, but yet good customer service to them means going that extra mile!!!!! We appreciate Brian so much because we would still be in same predicament before he came out. Water is not smelling like rotten eggs or anything. Thanks Brian, you are the best! We will only be using Nathan’s from now on.
