Gerard promptly returned my calls & gave me insights over a few phone calls on how to best determine what my issue was. He gave me a fair quote (unlike several other companies that charge you $109 to come to your house then give you the quote) for a hot water heater replacement. He and his assistant called before arriving & were very pleasant & professional. He also repaired an outdoor spigot for us. All around very pleased w/ our first experience with Algonquin Plumbing & will use them again.

I have hired Algonquin Plumbing to do numerous jobs at my home over the last two years. From the first day Gerard came to our home he has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fairly priced. He assesses the issue quickly, communicates what the issue is and advises on the best way to fix the issue and at what price. He is a straightforward professional who gets the job done.
