Rit Fonda has worked for over a decade on a furnace and cooling system at a previous home. We then bought a new house and switched to another firm in the area. When we had a no-heat condition this year the other firm indicated that our 10 year old system wasnβt under warranty and we would need to spend $7,000 for a new furnace. We then called Rit Fonda, who came and found the reason why we had a no heat condition (a condensate pump), saving us thousands of dollars that did not need to be spent. - Highly recommend Rit Fonda!
