    Rich and team were great to work with. They installed my hot tub electric needs, working close with us on delivery timelines that were always changing due to covid. The team of electricians were on time, very pleasant, and very mindful of doing the work in a way that had the best visual appearance. They were affordable as well vs others in the area.     A little behind on leaving my review but back in June/July we had a gas pool heater installed and after multiple attempts to locate a company to do the gas and electrical work, we were finally advised to give Golden Solutions a call. Other companies either didnt seem interested, never returned our calls or claimed they couldnt do the work for 2-3 months. I called Golden Solutions and right away was able to speak with someone who scheduled their team to come out and give an estimate within a couple days. They came out, supplied us an estimate for gas and electrical work (which was extremely fair in price I may add). They sub-contracted the gas line work which we were completely okay with as it is a reputable company. We signed, paid and within a couple of days the company that performs the gas line install came out and installed the line. The next day Golden Solutions crew came out to install the electrical for the heater. They found a couple minor issues with the current electrical near the pool and fixed them ASAP after speaking with us. They explained what they would be doing and gave us some advice about gas pool heater. They got our pool heater running just in time for summer. Highly recommend Golden Solutions. They are a family business and we will certainly use them again when needed!

    My home is over 150 years old, so I have had to work with MANY contractors for repairs or remodels. I was referred to Golden Solutions from Islander Pools when I purchased a hot tub. Islander had recommended two companies, and I called the other one first, and he canceled the morning of the installation. So I called Golden Electric expecting to wait around a week for a quote and then to be scheduled to set up the electrical for the hot tub further out. Rich responded to my call immediately and offered to come out to quote the job within the hour. They came and offered me a quote right in the middle of the other prices I had recieved and offered to pull his guys from a more extended job they had time on to get the hot tub up and running the same day as he knew I was eager(at no additional charge). I accepted, and they had four guys here within the hour. They walked me through the process and did the job without any issues. I was so impressed that I askedĀ them forĀ several moreĀ quotes: running electricalĀ to an outside office I was having delivered, up the power to my garage, and running additional power to the garage for an electric car charger. They again came out and quoted it within the day and were terrific about working with me on delivery dates for the office change. When I was ready for the power, they scheduled the work to begin within three days. They had a team of 5 or 6 guys here setting everything up and again-- all amazing, honest, and kind. When the snow melted, they came out, put the conduit in the ground, and hand-dug it to avoid yard/sprinkler system damage (that I was willing to incur) and got everything sorted quickly. I have genuinely never been impressed with a contractor as I have been with Golden Electric. I recommend them 100%. They are honest, accurate, reasonably priced, punctual, kind, and do fantastic work!

    We hired Golden Solutions to install a lighting box in a non-accessible ceiling area. They were professional and timely from quoting the job all the way through the installation. During the installation, they provided timely status updates and talked through any work scope changes.Golden Solutions was able to complete the job without disturbing any drywall or requiring any other rework.     After experiencing an outlet issue and searching FB, Nextdoor app and Safari, I am super grateful to have found Golden Electric. The service they provide, especially in todayā€™s world, is rare.After my panicked call, they promptly returned my message and put me on the schedule for first thing the next morning. The crew was on time, even provided a text 20 min prior to arrival. They wore shoe covers (I appreciate that), were friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Did a great job explaining what the issue was and how they were addressing it. I felt a sense of relief instead of worry. I was very pleased with the efficiency of their work and they didnā€™t leave any mess near the outlets (like Iā€™ve experienced in the past).     We had razor lights installed in multiple rooms through attack/Sheetrock, as well as electrical outlet repair and light switch exchange throughout the home. Rich was extremely responsive, and we had a team at our home within 24 hours. The guys did a flawless job; were timely, friendly, informed, and thorough.     We contacted Golden Solutions after purchasing our new home and realizing we had not one exterior outlet on our property. They installed 5 exterior outlets between the house and detached garage along with upgrading a secondary panel in the garage to prepare for the pool we will be getting installed in the spring (they will also be wiring in the pool as well). We didnā€™t want holes cut in the house being that it was just remodeled, so Golden Solutions went to work with putting together a great solution for us. All the electrical lines were buried outside along the house, they even used specific types of conduit so that we could match the color to the color of the siding. From start to finish they were professional and amazing to work with! We cannot wait for part 2 of our project with Golden Solutions to begin in the spring!

    I contacted seven electricians. (An eighth never showed up.) Of these, I liked three. Two of those were too high for us. Golden Solutions staff are professional, punctual, reasonable, and just nice and normal. After a long search, I believe we have an electrician to call when the need arises.

    I was looking to have a whole-home surge protector added to my existing 11kW Generac installation. I contacted GSE through their website and received a response the next morning. They ordered the proper part and came out within 3 business days to perform the install. Including parts and labor, the price was very reasonable. They arrived in the morning at 7:45 am. Their work day starts early and ends at around 4-5 pm. From start to finish, the job was done very well. Nothing was rushed and the end result looks good. Very experienced and knowledgeable and they take their time when working to do the best work possible. The office staff is great as well, very responsive. GSE is probably the best electrician you will find in the area if you need work done, hands down. I would recommend their service to anyone.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. We used Rich and his team for the electric work on our pool install, upgraded our panel box, and also put in a separate panel for an outdoor generator.     I highly recommend Golden Solutions! Pricing is fair and they were able to schedule the job and get it done quickly. Rich installed a 220 outlet for our dryer in the downstairs bathroom and added a breaker for it at the panel. He was punctual, polite and cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional high quality work. They are our go to electrician!

    Rich and his guys installed a new Generac Generator for us, as well as ran electricity to our shed, and installed new outlets, switches, and lighting. They were great to work with from start to finish. They even moved the pea-stone base our generator was placed on for me, when I decided I didnt like the original location OKd by my husband lol. Everything works perfectly, and they come back to service our generator for us every year. Never once have had a problem with it.     Fantastic service! I had an above ground pool installed on the 7/27 but my electrical hook up date was the 30th, so they came on the 27th to do a temp setup so I can run the pool.     All of the guys who work for Golden Solutions are polite, professional, personable and clean up 100% after their work ..all of this on top of doing a great job installing the electric for a pool over 500 feet from the house. They were flexible as we had to keep rescheduling (thanks, mother nature!) and came exactly when they said they would (as opposed to giving us a time, then showing up 3 hours later). Gabrielle returned my messages often within minutes and was gracious with each and every one.. This is our second time using Golden Solutions and without fail we will use them for all of our electrical needs AND would highly recommend them to anyone.
