If I could describe Tommy the owner of Northeast Construction NY in two words, it would be: Straight ShooterI called, Tommy answered. Tommy was responsive. Showed up when he said he would. Turned around his quote promptly.Informed me of a starting date. Showed up on the day he planned. What started as a nightmare for us, ended in a beautifully redone shower floor.We contacted a few contractors all of who told us we would have to remove our glass shower doors and possibly rip apart the whole shower based on a possible cracked shower pan. Tommy came by, took one look at the shower and knew right away what had to be done. He made a point to try to keep our costs low by not removing the shower glass. He and his team were able to do shower surgery to replace the entire shower pan and only had to remove a few inconspicuous rows of tile. Here I was thinking that I would be throwing away money for a band aid project. Boy was I wrong!!! Tommys crew did the most meticulous work on making sure the shower looked perfect. It looks even BETTER than it did when it was first installed! They were in and out in the timeframe Tommy gave me. The clean up was meticulous and the staff polite. Tommy was in touch with me through the project. Great communication!I can HIGHLY recommend Northeast Construction for your next project. Emergency band aid or new contruction, you can trust what you see is what you get!!

We were fortunate to have the Northeast team remodel my master bathroom. I am happy to say - they are reliable and dependable. I no sooner did I submit my request for this project and it was done within a week. Tom and his team did an incredible job and went above and beyond the scope of work. That was going the extra mile - as they always do. Thank you Northeast and your entire team for the great work you do for your clients. : ) Not only is my new shower esthetically pleasing to the eye....... I am beyond pleased with the functionality of my new shower equipment!!!!! from the ground up my bathroom looks amazing!!!!!

Tommy has done so much work for me over the years…Kitchen, bathroom, deck, pool house and much more. He and his team pride themselves on craftsmanship and it shows in their work. Five stars.
