    My house needs work, just kept delaying the projects, until I met Jon, at American Home Concepts. He has made this process easy for me and I was capable to express what I wanted and needed. He was available by phone, anytime. We communicated throughout the whole process. Truly amazing. Im so thrilled with everything. I was able to finally get my basement sealed, new windows, new entry and screen door and a vent for my clothes dryer. Jon and his crew went above and beyond. Excellent.

    The work that American Home Concepts provided to me was exceptional and impressive in every way. The work done was outstanding on my bathroom transforming it into a beautiful oasis that I have longed for. The worker and his assistant was efficient and professional giving thought to every detail through the entire project. A hole that was present in a ceiling was fixed to perfection.     I contacted American Home Concepts to replace my small back deck/steps following a referral from a trusted neighbor. The work they provided was exceptional and completely transformed the look of my backyard in such a positive way.From the time I contacted the company and was put in touch with Jefferson , the work went very smoothly. Jefferson responded promptly, came to my house for a consultation and the work was essentially completed within two weeks. Throughout the process, Jefferson stayed in touch and always answered all of my questions in a helpful and professional manner. During installation, there was an issue with the placement of the post railings. I contacted Jefferson and he came out immediately to address my concerns. The work was then completed to perfection!I had a fantastic experience with American Home Concepts and would highly recommend this company for your home renovation needs.

    Ive worked with a lot of contractors over the last 25 years on a range of houses and multi-unit properties. My experience with American Home Concepts was one of the very best.To start, Casey showed up on time and wrote out a meticulously detailed estimate right on the spot. No waiting days or weeks for an estimate. He asked a long serious of questions that helped us identify exactly what we wanted. He made astute suggestions and provided some fresh ideas, but was never upselling. In fact, he probably saved us money with his ideas.Amazingly, we were able to choose exactly when we wanted the project to start. The crew showed up the day they promised and worked hard every day until it was done. No putting a ladder on the job. There were the usual complications and adjustments, but they got it all done essentially on schedule and, also amazingly, charged exactly what they had estimated.The crew was quiet, polite, respectful in every way, and did fantastic work. They carefully protected all the work areas and left them clean and without a singe mark or smudge. We barely knew they were around when they were working, and when they were done everything was as clean and cared for as before they arrived. The results were fantastic.Between the professionalism and consistency they showed at every stage, the quality of the experience from top to bottom, and the value we received for the price, American Home Concepts is my new standard for judging contractors. I cant recommend them highly enough and plan to use them for all my future projects whenever possible.

    We remolded our kitchen and were blown away by the expert knowledge that was offered to us. From the very first meeting we were made to feel as if we were the only customer and no matter how big or small the job was, our thoughts and ideas were valued. We felt zero pressure and that was the feeling throughout the entire remodel. These folks are so on point with trends yet have the ability to share what design elements are timeless. All workers were respectful and kept the rest of my house clean and tidy. Whenever anyone walks into my kitchen we get the WOW factor.American Home Concepts... none better!

    We had a good experience with American Home Concepts! They did a partial remodel of our bathroom (new floor, new light with ventilator, and installed a tub and tiled the wall). They were professional, communicative, got the project done in the time they said they would, fixed a few small mistakes, and did good work! We’re pleased with the end result and would definitely work with them again if we do more work in our house.

    Wonderful business! Casey is very communicative and gives his personal # to his customers and is available any time of day. They did 2 of our room ceilings, one of which was to install recessed lights- dimmable, too! Our house was built in the 1830s, and they still make everything seem possible even with this historic home. I can’t say I’m impressed enough.

    Very happy in my experience with American Home Concepts. Casey and Jefferson were my contacts. Both did an excellent job in being prompt, detailed, and professional. They did a full remodel on an apartment within one of my rental properties in PA. Weve had struggles in the past with other contractors working primarily in DE on my other properties. Casey completed a detailed scope of work with a clear idea of costs in bidding for the project. They were not the cheapest bid we recieved but we ultimately decided to move forward with them because they were detailed, clear, on time, and responsive. Any hiccups ( as there always are with construction especially on old homes) Casey was extremely responsive and always came with solutions. I plan to use these contractors again for future work on my PA properties.

    Fantastic experience with American Home Concepts. Had a cracking old plaster ceiling removed and replaced in two rooms in my house.     Our bathroom went from our least favorite room to our favorite because of the efforts of American Home Concepts. Jefferson came to our home no less than four times to discuss our wants and needs. He was the first contractor to listen and understand what we wanted. In contrast, other contractors told us what they wanted to do and why our ideas werent feasible - not the case with Jefferson at AHC.Once the crew began the work, they too understood the goal (which, in our case, was to create as much space in the bathroom as possible). Leo went far out of his way to save us inches wherever he could. Many instances we could not have thought of - each inch much appreciated. Believe me!The team was here every day doing good work. While it was clear they had other jobs elsewhere, progress was made daily and we always had their attention.Lastly, this is the second review Ive written for this company. The first was written about an unfavorable experience before any work began well over a year ago. After my review, Jefferson introduced himself in person bearing gifts to apologize. We gave them a chance with the bathroom but also with a new roof AHC installed, and we are glad we did.They listen, do great work, and they professionally correct issues if things arent favorable. AHC will be used by us often in the future.

    We had our basement stairs refurbished, treads, risers, and railing.The experience with this company was excellent from beginning to the job completion.     I wanted to wait until the job was complete but I thought it would be great to do a couple reviews as we come to close. It took me a while to find a business that I felt comfortable with. From the beginning to almost the end, Casey and the crew have been the phenomenal, walking me through every step. Im having a complete bathroom remodel, with a complete gut of the existing space. Im removing my tub for a full walk in shower. I will finished this review once the project is complete. So far I believe Ive found the best crew for home remodeling.. I think it is important to have a review resource for others considering remodeling. My Kitchen will be next. I will post my final review with pictures once the work is complete. Were 3/4 done!

    I got a beautiful porch awning installed and it looks great, my salesperson Jon came out to my home and was amazingly professional and friendly. He showed samples, explained everything and answered questions along with suggestions. My installers were also proficient and great. As I heard them work they were attentive with the measuring and leveling. I would definitely recommend because I really like the fact that Jon came out and not just looked at my house over satellite. I love the in person feel for what I was purchasing.

    We have received various flyers in the past from American Home Concepts, Inc. and I would always throw it away, but this time I decided to peruse the flyer and saw that they could replace my old metal awning on my porch. I knew nothing about the company, but decided to go for it. I am so happy with the decision. I called and left a voice message, Richard called me back and scheduled a date and time to meet. Richard and his team were great to work with. They even removed the old awning and hauled it away. My husband and I picked out the color and style, and we could not be more pleased with the quality and service we received. Our house looks amazing.     American Home Concepts did a beautiful job on my living room and dining room floors. Everything from start to finish took less than 3-1/2 hours. The carpet, padding, nails, and tack strips were completely removed and hauled away and my new engineered plank flooring was installed. The guys moved my furniture from one side to the next, then put it back in place when they were done. My flooring was installed 1 week before the estimated arrival time. Casey Calloway was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase and installation. He also gave me his number in case I had any concerns or new projects in mind.

    American Home Concepts has been remodeling my one-hundred year old 3-story twin home for the past 15 years. 95% of my home has been renovated by AHC. The quality of the material & work was excellent. All jobs (with the exception of the last one due to COVID & material delays), were completed timely with many ahead of schedule. I am pleased with the work and my home looks beautiful. Family & friends really love my kitchen, bathroom & finished basement. I thank Jonathan Calloway for his professionalism and expertise in the remodeling business. He even went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I had with my homeowners insurance company by taking the time to speak directly with the insurance agent. If I had one constructive feedback to give, it would be for AHC to ensure that some construction workers be more careful and attentive to the home surroundings while working. So glad I found American Home Concepts’ newspaper advertisement some 15 years ago! I strongly recommend AHC for all your home remodeling needs.

    Jefferson and American Home Concepts handled some very high fascia, soffitt, siding/trim work 40ft in the air. Being retired military im extremely picky, but the work exceeded my expectations. Work was completed ahead of schedule without compromising quality. Its worth noting that three years of efforts to source this job were unsuccessful until Jefferson and American Home Concepts arrived. Lastly, there isnt a section to rate follow-up phone calls, requests to change plans, and the questions that always arrive AFTER your meeting is over. Jefferson and AHC ALWAYS responded quickly and were never bothered by extra questions

    Would highly recommend - team was incredibly responsive and flexible given a change to the original plan that backed work up for 12 days (our fault), but never compromised on quality of work performed. This was a complete overhaul, down to the studs, on a 60+ year old bathroom, that included updated plumbing with new European radiator, all new electrical, ADA approved shower, and heated tile flooring. Would not hesitate to hire for future projects.

    American Home Concepts has installed approximately 5 doors in 2 different houses that I’ve lived in. I’ve purchased Entry Doors and Security Doors from them. Their product is precise and gorgeous. I’ve gotten many compliments. They offer an enormous variety of door designs to choose from. Their Marketing Representative ( in my area) John Calloway is great. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and will respond if there’s any issue with product or installation. It will be corrected quickly. They have also replaced some of my windows which I’m pleased with as well.
