I must say that I was “one lucky lady” on that day two years ago when I met Mike Cabrera! I left my beach house in Destin and moved to Tallahassee due to a family situation. Do not get me wrong….I greatly miss Destin and my home there. However, I am having fun updating and decorating my 1947 built home in Midtown with my friend Mike’s advice and help. I not only can rely on his craft, but I can rely on him in every other way. I trust him to be in my home working when I am taking my grandchildren to all of their swimming and baseball games. That is important to me and should be important to anyone. His attention to detail is amazing as you can see from my photos. I highly recommend him to basically do anything.

Mike has worked on several inside and outside projects for us and has always been professional, competent, and extremely pleasant to work with. He stays within the projected budget and clearly communicates when necessary. We highly recommend this business!Picture or part of the beautiful deck he created for us. It added a whole living area to the house.

I was very fortunate to find Michael when I bought my historic home early in 2023. He was able to work wonders on my home. From servicing an older hot water heater to redesigning a bathroom, his planning and sketches made each project go smoothly. He was able to hang new lights, doors, and even ceiling fans also. His keen eye for detail, and being precise, made all the difference.

Florida Georgia Home Services has done several jobs for us. We have been pleased with work and prices are reasonable. Very easy to work with. Have several more projects I want have have him do. He has hung fans, tvs and replaced attic stairs.

I have been using Mike for years on my home and on rental properties. He is always willing to do whatever I ask him and come up with ideas on how to save money and make things look great. He my go to guy for everything. I dont even bother getting qutoes from other companies anymore.

I had been waiting months to get fans installed. I called Mike and he came over the very next day. His pricing is reasonable, and I am very pleased with his work. I will be using him again.

Mike has done many jobs for me and has great input and creativity. Because of his versatile skill set he can complete most jobs without subcontracting. My favorite job was the complete remodel of my bathroom. His ingenuity created a bathroom I truly love! All jobs were reasonably priced and the work was completed in a timely manner. He is truly honest and professional and I would highly recommend him.
