Downstairs older furnace not working and no hot water. Keith responsive and very knowledgeable and stopped by home in Evergreen coming from Frisco late Friday evening. Wiring issues caused furnace overheating and shut off, now resolved. Have also used Greg for upstairs furnace several years ago and circuit replaced by Greg with no problems since. Thanks Keith and Greg!

Our mountain home furnace failed during the cold snap and Colorado Comfort Pros were there within a few hours. They juggled their schedules to install our new furnace promptly and saved the day for us. We couldnt be more satisfied. Greg was very communicative explaining all our options. Alright well you are always worried about picking the right service provider when youre about ready to drop some good money on a new furnace. I narrowed my choices down to two providers. Colorado Comfort Pros called me within minutes of leaving a voice mail. The night before our carbon monoxide detectors went off in the middle of the night. Of course you cant smell carbon monoxide but both the downstairs and upstairs detectors were going off. We called 911 and Platte canyon fire came right out and confirmed that the house was full of the silent killer! The next morning Greg from CCP came out and confirmed that a part in the furnace was cracked and needed to be replaced. After reviewing our options with my wife, we decided on a two stage furnace. Within 72 hours we had a new furnace installed. Greg and his crew came out and removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment in less than 3 hours. Very professional, answered my 100 questions that homeowners have and the price was very good. I highly recommend CCP you wont be disappointed! Thanks CCP , Lujan family in Mill-Iron D.

During the cold snap before Christmas, our heater quit working. Only blowing cold air. I called around 3PM and they said they would be there later that day.It wasnt 5 minutes later they called back and said theyd be there in 10 minutes.They immediately diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes it was back up and running.Cant say enough about their professionalism and expertise.Ill never use anyone else. Great job!

30 yr old furnace shot craps. Greg returned my call promptly and made appointment to come to my house. Arrived on time and gave a competitive price estimate to replace. After acceptance, slotted me into schedule, completed the installation as promised. Very professional and thorough. I definitely recommend.

Greg and his team installed ducts and a new natural gas furnace in my house that previously only had a pellet stove and wood burning fireplace. There are only so many HVAC options for people living out in Bailey and I can tell you I got quotes from every company willing to come out and provide me a quote. Greg came out personally, wrote me a quote that was significantly under the other quotes I received, and did a fantastic job. I must admit I was a bit nervous about how much repair was going to be needed and how much of a mess my project was going to cause, but Greg and his team really did a great job on a difficult project. They cleaned up every day before leaving and overall the project was far less disruptive (my wife and I work from home) than I could have imagined. My install turned out to be more difficult than expected, and Greg needed an extra day to finish, but despite the extra day of work his team had to put in, he held to the quote he had given me. Very stand up company that operates in a straightforward manner, no extra fees or any surprise when it came time to pay.I highly recommend Colorado Comfort Pros and as someone who got quotes from every other HVAC contractor in the area willing to do the install, save your time and just call Greg!
