    We are very happy with the our remodel from Homestead Construction. Ricardo is knowledgeable and professional. We remodeled our kitchen, replaced the floor through the entire house and interior paint. He organized the different trades and all of his crews were friendly and respectful of our home. Ricardo listened to our requests and delivered as requested. He addressed all concerns in a timely manner. We will use Ricardo again and would recommend him to our family and friends.

    Ricardo and his team completely remodeled our home a couple of years ago in the North Scottsdale area. Not only did they complete the job within the three month deadline (post pandemic), but they were dependable, efficient, hard working, and delivered exceptional quality.     We want to express our sincere thanks to Ricardo & the Homestead Construction team for the outstanding work completed in our home. We contacted Ricardo based upon a local recommendation & so happy we did! Our request was to convert our master closet into a 3rd bath for an adjoining guest room & build a new closet for the master bedroom.The results are AMAZING! We absolutely LOVE our new closet & the new bath is absolutely beautiful! We now have aβ€œen-suite” for our visiting family & friends which will be enjoyed for many years to come!Ricardo handles every detail of the process; communicates daily (if needed) and cares for each step with professionalism & calm. And in our case - Ricardo went above & beyond to care for some unexpected issues that came along during the project. We can’t thank you enough for all you did for us!     I recently worked with Homestead Construction to update my living room, and I couldnt be happier with the results! The team helped me remove the old built-ins and relocate the fireplace to create a more spacious and functional layout. They also added canned lighting, which has made a huge difference in the overall ambiance of the room. They also installed beautiful new cabinets that have completely transformed the space. Throughout the process, the team was communicative, professional, and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend Homestead Construction for any home renovation project, and Im really looking forward to working with them again in the future!

    We worked with Homestead Construction (Ricardo and Ramon) on a large-scale remodel project on our 1920s home in the Garfield Historic District over the last year. The project involved reconfiguration of the main house layout (adding a laundry, expanding the bathroom etc.), major repairs to the sewer, subfloor and structure and a completely new kitchen. We also converted a garage into a 500 square foot casita. In other words, this was a very large project.Like any project, there were a ton of curveballs and unknowns, especially with a historic house. Ricardo and team were always great to work with, had great attitudes and are problem solvers.The quality of the work both in what you can see (the installation of tile, cabinets, flooring) and what you cant see (the structural components) was excellent. He has a consistent group of subs he has used for years - which we felt made the final quality much higher.We worked with the designers at MCI and this meant finishes that required a high level of attention to detail on installation. Ricardo and team showed that and more.Remodels can be very stressful, but this was the least stressful of any of the remodels we have done. This illustrates the trust we have in Ricardo and his team. Highly recommend!

    I recommend Homestead Construction every chance I get! Ricardo Valdez is professional, responds in a timely manner, very communicative, patient and HONEST. The Homestead crew is quick and efficient, and to my surprise, SO CLEAN! Each day they wrapped up their work, they cleaned up so well I never would have known they were in my house working that day!Most important, you’re going to have a beautiful, professionally well done job with Homestead Construction- without any ugly surprises along the way. If there’s a hiccup, they work through it in the best possible scenario… instead of leaving you high and dry (that’s a nice way of putting it, you know what I mean? It’s shocking how so many choose to run a business these days…) you can TRUST this company!

    Working with Ricardo has hands down been one of the best experiences weve had with any company or contractor.We literally spent years trying to find the right person for our Master shower remodel. So many other companies gave us the runaround, prices kept magically changing, no one would give us itemized quotes, they pushed their own ideas instead of working with our style. Upon the first time meeting Ricardo it was like he understood us, he worked with what we wanted and gave options, he also answered questions before we even had to ask!When it came to getting the job done I was confident in the quality of work because they really want to do things right the first time so no issues come up later down the road. We are also VERY particular about things being even or centered and they really did an excellent job making sure everything was lined up as perfectly as possible. Hes was there every day to monitor and let the crew know what to do instead of us trying to delegate ourselves. It really took the pressure off my back especially when I had to work, I knew things were in good hands and I didnt have to worry.He was so professional and his communication was excellent. He responds quickly through text or call and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The cherry on top for me was the fact that the crew cleaned up after themselves every day, at the end of the project he had a cleaning crew come out and do a full clean of the master bathroom (and he even sent us a holiday card)! Its the little things that count and I liked how he really made us feel like we were important and well taken care of no matter how big or small a job.I could really go on forever about Homestead Construction - moral of the story is that I would highly recommend him to everyone!

    This was the most attentive company I have ever dealt with. They were on time , clean and outstanding with all the work needed after a big storm destroyed my outdoor kitchen, roof and exterior walls.     Ricardo and crew enclosed our office and made it a third bedroom complete with closet space. From top to bottom including the carpet. Excellent work. Also did some smaller projects of installing ceiling fan and light, running a gas line and fixing light switch. Timely service and quality work
