    Frank Rozio and his crew painted my cedar sided home this summer during the heat wave and rainy season. One of the things that I liked was his prompt response when I started the search for a painter in the spring. He came to the house to do a walk through and then sent me a very detailed estimate. The project required much prep work and cedar board replacements. He made sure it was done to my liking and with the proper materials. Painting was delayed due to the weather, but once completed I was very pleased. The crew worked efficiently (on the days they could due to the weather) and kept the work site clean. Frank was available during the whole process for any concerns or questions that I had. So nice to work with him. Thanks to his team for making my house look great again!

    Rozio Painting first washed our cedar sided home. The challenge was that most of the siding was about 18 years old and needed a cleaning badly, and about half the house has new siding due to previous repairs. So getting the old and new to blend as much as possible after staining was the objective. They applied two coats of Woodluxe semi-solid stain to the siding. The house looks great. Franks crew, especially his Crew Chief Robert, did a great job. They were prompt, neat, thorough, and were nice to have around. Highly recommend Rozio Painting.

    Frank and his team were awesome and we didnt have simple project. An exterior paint job turning into some pretty major siding repair as they discovered rot in more places than we expected. Their flexibility and openness to negotiation of the plan made them really great to work with. Would recommend.

    Frank responded quickly to my request to have him come out to give an estimate for our bathroom and ceiling in the den. He and his staff were very courteous and professional at all times.     I called Frank. He came and quoted the painting of my basement renovation very quickly with a competitive price. Awesome communication throughout the process. He fit me into the schedule within a week. The crew was fast and did an excellent job painting my entire basement - doors, railings, trim, walls and ceiling primed with 2 coats. Cleaned up the job nice and left me with some extra paint for future dings that Im sure my toddler will be putting in the walls shortly. Highly recommend.

The painters worked efficiently and the finished home looked remarkable. Frank came by and walked through the work we wanted to have done. We needed repairs so he sent his carpenter out the following day. We received a competitive bid within a day. It was such a value that we increased the scope of the work. We were delighted with the workmanship, full compliment of professionals, well-mannered painters and attention to detail given to our home. We live in a historic home, it dates back to the 17th century. Its important to us to preserve this American treasure and we are happy to have discovered Frank Rozio Painting, LLC to help us do this.     I got recommended to work with Frank after a friend had recently got work done with his company and Im very happy with the results. He managed a project that included:- repainting an entire house- epoxy coating flooring for a 3 bay garage- Hardwood floor refinish- Removing interior load baring wall and install beam- Custom Wainscoting in dining room and bedroom- Removing Wall paper- Installing wall paper- Electrical work to move outlets and light switchesThis was a huge project and the first big renovation I have done. Frank was communicative through the whole process and delivered an amazing product. I would use his company again and work with him, and actually plan to get projects done around the house.Since he has finished this work I even got some help to cut existing granite to fit new stove top. His company has been great to work with. I will have to take some professional photos to share on this review!

    We had Frank and his crew paint our large family room walls, trim, sliding doors, French doors and bay window. The room has never look better. Frank also removed our popcorn ceilings and now we have a perfectly smooth ceiling. Had I known they would look this good I would have done it years ago. Frank is very accommodating and easy to work. He takes ownership for the work done and makes sure you are happy. His crew was friendly and respectful and everyday left the working area clean.We would definitely use Frank again for any painting in the future.

    Frank and his team were excellent! We contacted him to paint several rooms on our main floor, which included wallpaper removal in the kitchen. He was able to start work the next day.     Update (2020): the condo that Frank painted for me looked so good it only took one day to sell!! Frank only uses quality paints and his work always looks amazing! He recently painted my new home and as usual, his work is stunning. He painted the whole house and removed texture from the ceilings. Again, he worked around my schedule and was courteous and professional. He charges a competitive rate but his work is exceptional. Our first meeting, he came to the property and walked around with me to discuss all the work that I would have liked.     Frank came to my house and gave me a very competitive estimate to paint my ceiling for the majority of my house on the spot. His crew was here 3 days later, on time, organized and professional. The job took less time than expected, they also had to patch a hole in the ceiling from an old light fixture as well and the spot looks just like the rest of the ceiling. Overall the work was very well executed and when the crew finished there was no sign that they were even there, other than the great job on the ceiling. Would highly recommend using them for any job, I certainly will be calling them up again.

    Frank was able to accommodate a very quick turn around on painting four bedrooms, complete with demo and light carpentry on the closets in three of the bedrooms. I was very impressed he and his crew were able to get it done over a few short days, and our home was freshly painted and move-in ready for us!     The five star reviews dont lie! I recently hired Frank Rozio Painting to tackle my latest projects: painting my fireplace to update it from red brick to a light gray with a white mantle and trim and updating my 80s-looking staircase. Seriously, it was totally screaming 1985! Frank, the owner, did both projects single-handedly in two days. He was super friendly, truly cared and cares about making sure his customers get what they want and are satisfied, is extremely professional, and a master of painting. And if money is your driver, hes very reasonably priced for the phenomenal job he does. Frank communicated with me extensively before and after the job to make sure we were on the same page as to what I wanted and expected (and believe me, I thought I knew what I wanted but kept waffling and Frank never gave me a hard time), was kind enough to purchase and show me paint samples and got the job done on time and looking right. He was very clean and left my house spotless each day. What really sealed the deal was when Frank followed up about a week later to check in and make sure all was well and offered to come by to do any touchups. Its that kind of customer service that sets him apart from the rest. I could not have had a better experience with Frank and absolutely LOVE the way my fireplace and staircase look now! I will not hesitate to contact Frank again for any of my painting needs.

Every door, hallway, and baseboard was done, it was a big job and they finished on schedule.     Words cannot express how satisfied we are with Rozio painting. Finn and Brian did such a wonderful job. Meticulous is exactly the word. The cleanup was also amazing. I highly recommend Rozio Painting. Honestly I will hire them over and over again.They also did Sheetrock repair from water damage. Perfect job.

    Frank and his team just finished painting the exterior of our first home and we couldnā€™t be more happy! We had old wood siding with peeling paint and rotten boards. They sanded everything down, replaced the rotten boards and did a phenomenal job painting. It took them just a few days, all the guys who came were very friendly and professional. He helped us choose a perfect color and listened to our needs. Couldnā€™t recommend more!!
