    I highly recommended Global Exterior Experts.They are out an outstanding company that strives to make the customer happy (which they did for me). The work they did was spot on. I could not find a single issue, and Im generally very particular. They know theyre trade and are professional. Cleanup was impressive (not a scrap left anywhere). From the company owner (Aaron), to the office staff, to the installation crews, they were a pleasure to work with. As I read my review, it sounds so positive that someone may think its planted (not real). Thats not the case!     Global Exteriors Experts was an amazing company to work with during a claim that was put in after a bad storm that came through. They were very professional, kept you up to date on the claim process and overall very easy to work with. It was convenient that they would text you up dates and not always calling to give an update. I don’t always have the time to answer phone calls during the day, but to be able to get a text update during the process was so much easier for me. Everyone that I had to talk too was very nice and were always able to answer my questions. I highly recommend them!

    Great service to my home for the past three years: gutter repair, gutter cleaning, rerouting of gutter lines and other maintenance. Even when we have had little issues here and there, they are always quick to respond and offer an adjustment or solution. Very friendly and fast. We have used other companies as well and GE continues to be the most reliable.

    From start to finish it was a great experience. All of the women from the office were wonderful and made sure I was informed throughout the process. Victor was very thorough with his initial inspection of my roof. He took numerous pictures and made markings of the roof damage to point out to my insurance company. They helped me file the insurance claim and walked with the insurance adjuster. I had a roof damage claim denied in the past and I was so grateful that they could assist. The whole process with them was so uncomplicated. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters.

    I hope this review helps someone who is searching for the perfect company to handle their roofing and siding project. I saved Global’s number in my phone about 5 years ago after seeing their sign at a few houses they had completed. When the time came for me to get a new roof and siding this year, I looked them up online and read recent reviews. I wanted a local company that was easy to work with and had a great reputation. Global was just that. From my first call to set up the inspection through the final walk around, the entire team was professional, punctual and took pride in my project.     Global Exterior Experts recently completed a project on my townhouse. They replaced and painted all the wood trim on my home. I commend their office staff for keeping me informed of every step, from initial estimate inspection to a written formal estimate with photographs of my home which depicted every area of work to be completed. The crew that came to my home were incredible. Everything was cut to size, primed, caulked and painted to perfection. This crew, and as I would suspect all employees, were polite, considerate and conscientious. Their clean when completed was meticulous. I would recommend Global Exterior Experts to any and everyone. I will as my Homeowners Association to add them to our subdivisions list of approved and recommended contractors.

    I had roof damage in February this year. I initially requested several roof repair companies including Global Exterior Experts to give me a quote. Most companies just asked me to file report to my insurance company and wait for insurance company to send an adjuster to evaluate the damage and call them back. My insurance company was very unresponsive despite of my online filing, going to local office and writing to them . Frankly I was so distressed that I almost gave up after several months . Only Global Exterior Expert had been persistent, even after the initial denial claiming from the insurance. Victor Andrade is wonderful for assessing the damages. He is meticulous and went up to high roof and documented the damages. He came with adjuster to show the damages. Venessa and ladies in office have been calling the insurance to get adjuster out for the damages assessment. Unfortunately Insurance company used their own adjuster and repeatedly denied storm damages but ‘ wear and tear’ . Finally Victor suggested to use public adjuster to assess the damages. We got insurance to cover for the damages shortly afterwards.The repair had been done very quickly in a professional manner. The selection for the new roof shingles was great. The crew is courteous during repair process and cleanup the wastes right away. The whole process was completed in 1 week. I am greatly impressed by the quality of work done.The communications between the team members and to me were flawless. I highly recommend this company for anyone interested in roof repair or replacement especially after insurance denial of damages.

They replaced rotting wood and trim and flashing around my garage and a few other areas on the house.     Global Exterior Experts came to us as a recommendation from our insurance adjustor after our house was severely damaged by a large tree during strong winds. Aaron from Global responded immediately to our emergency and not only did a thorough damage assessment with our adjustor but had a crew come to remove the tree and debris from the roof and rear of the house. Once the roof was cleared the full extent of the damage was evident and the crew wasted no time in covering the damaged area with a large tarp to keep the house water tight. It was a huge relief that the crew stayed until the roof was secure and would be able to repel the coming forecasted rains even though that meant they had to stay well past sunset. Globals team in the office was always courteous and considerate which made the scheduling of the ensuing repair work seamless. When the work crews arrived they worked quickly and efficiently and did whatever was needed to complete the job. Aaron stayed in contact with us the entire time to ensure our compete satisfaction. The result...our house looks FANTASTIC and we wont hesitate to recommend Global Exterior Experts to anyone who asks.     Juan was a true professional. When he arrived for an estimate I explained to him what I needed done. He thoroughly looked and took pictures of the job area. He explained what needed to be done and asked me if I had any questions I said no, that he had provided me with all the information i needed. Quote was sent which i approved. Juan and his team arrived on time, they prepared the area where they were going to work by covering all floors. He than explained again what work will be done. He didnt hesitate to ask me if I had any concerns or for my input. Which I liked because the customer needs to be satisfied with all the work.     The people who replaced my roof were incredibly efficient and obviously experts I’ve never had a roof replaced before, but I’d had five houses built over the years. I sat outside and watch ed them work. Everything they did was exactly as it should be. They even cleaned my yard better than I left it. I was more than pleased with the office staff at global because they took care of everything I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company other than tell them that I wanted global to represent me.     I would recommend Global Exterior Experts to anyone wanting to make improvements/repair damage to their homes. They did all of the work, starting from making a claim with the insurance. We had a leak in our roof and the day they came out to assess the damage and quote us the price, they temporarily fixed it for free. They did not have to do that, but it shows what honest and good hearted people they are. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    You’ll be happy after the work is complete! I knew the work was going to be exceptional because I came across a home they had just finished and the job looked amazing. We did have some bumps along the way as far as miscommunication of what I wanted to have completed, but I’m going to chalk it up to us doing the job a year later as I wanted to wait for better weather to complete the roof. Any of these bumps that we did run into, they were quickly able to come up with a satisfying solution and without arguing which says a lot about this company.     First things first, I never leave reviews. But this one deserves it. Let me give you a background story…A tree fell on my house in April 2023, I tried finding a roofing company for almost two months but no one was willing to go that extra mile and fight my insurance for the repairs. Until I came across Global Exterior Experts (found them on TikTok lol).I’m pretty much a first time homeowner, I’m not too familiar with insurance, and ultimately I’m constantly paranoid that companies are just trying to scam me. I was hesitant of signing a contract with anyone, (girl has trust issues lol) but I’m glad I had G.E.E take on the job.From the start they were nothing but helpful and explained the process all very well. Not to mention communication was awesome. I’m big on texting vs having a phone call because I’m a busy working mom and they provided a texting service which was so convenient. They had to fight back and forth with my insurance in order to get my insurance to pay for all the roof repairs. It took a whole 9 months to finally get my roof and interior fixed but it was all worth it. (Jan 2024)Finally, Angie, Karizma, Xiotchil, and Reyna deserve recognition. This company could not run or function so efficiently if it wasn’t for them. They are the brains of the operation. (Who runs the world? GIRLS). The ladies at the office were amazing and the work crew was very hard working.     The crew that came to replace our roof was very punctual. They were careful with our property. I know they are honest when they came back to replace a vent they installed but got a small dent. I would not have known that but they told me they would replace one vent that was dented. A couple of the crew members came back to finish the shutter we want replaced but they replaced the damaged vent first. Also, they did all the legwork talking to our home insurance. They explained how they determined the hail storm damage. They were also present when the insurance inspector came to look at our roof. Once the job was done, they cleaned up our property and used metal detectors to clear our property of screws, nails, nuts and bolts, etc. Great job!

    We had major work done and Global so far has not disappointed us on repairs of our home. Besides the repairs listed they also have replaced all the siding on our home and I also asked them to replace all of the siding that touches the ground up to 4ft high with brick. The craftsmanship and the way the brick layer built the overlay is absolutely beautiful and they also made sure the areas where the brick replaced the siding was well sealed at the foundation to prevent water seepage. I cant wait until my next project which will be a deck extension, new flooring in my garage and a new vaulted roof for the garage. Now the prices arent cheap but neither is their work. They are affordable and have financing available, this is our home. We are totally satisfied and will undoubtedly use Global for our future projects. Here is just one photo.

Aaron was very professional. He was very helpful and patient with all my inquiries and explained the process really well and reassured me. The rest of the staff were very helpful, polite and responsive too. They were quick to answer all my text when I had questions, especially Xochitl, who text me to check if everything is okay.During the installation, I was very impressed how everyone was so professional, friendly and respectful. They clean up after themselves. A special mention to Cristian who did the windows. He was very cordial, respectful and professional. I appreciate how thorough he was, and really took his time to put all things back together.I am very satisfied with the outcome. The house really looks nice.
