After Hurricane Helena hit our roof had substantial damage. I observed Impact roofing repairing our neighbors roof and saw how professional they were. I reached out to Derrick who promptly assisted us in getting our home in the line up to be repaired. On day of tear down and repair Impact and Derrick were on time, started to get to work. Derrick was running around ensuring all items were covered and the work was completed on time and with the scope or work. The new roof looks great, and I know it will last for many years. Attached are photos from damage to repair to completed work.

Had an old rotting deck tore down and replaced with a screened in room. Derrick came out for the quote and answered all of my questions and had great communication thru the process. The job was then given to the project manager Mike, who also had great communication. I only had one issue with cleanup with some trash being left behind but talking to Mike he got the crew back out ASAP to correct. I would def use them again

I contacted Impact Roofing after my roof was damaged during Hurricane Helene. From the first phone call with Derrick, I knew I had made the right decision. Derrick was very professional, courteous and took the time to answer my questions (and there were many!) Derrick made the process easy from the estimate to the completion of the work. The crew did a great job on the installation of the roof and the clean up was immaculate! I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood now!! Let me start by saying my wife and I could not be happier with our new patio. We were told it would look like it was built at the same time as the house and they were 100% correct. We worked with Will and Derrick throughout the entire process (mostly with Will). Their communication was excellent! They kept us up to date with start dates on the initial construction then followed up multiple times per week with the status of the next phase. Will came out daily to inspect the progress. They did framing, roofing, electrical, painting and gutter installation during the process and it was such a relief to not have to worry about finding multiple contractors to do the jobs as they are an all in one shop. Will even does snake removal as one was in our back yard at one point. The work crews were awesome also. They were very well mannered, respectful and super knowledgeable in their trades. We brought in 4 contractors for estimates knowing it was not going to be a cheap build so we wanted to ensure we were getting good service and quality. All I can say is Impact Roofing knocked it out of the park. They were so professional during the entire process and at no time did I have an issue or concern that wasn’t immediately addressed or explained to me. You can probably find someone to do your home construction cheaper if you want, but you will not find anyone that does it as well as Impact Roofing and backs it up with quality work and service. They stand behind their work and take pride in it, and that for me was money well spent. I would recommend Impact Roofing for any job, and would definitely use them again.

We contacted several companies before settling on Impact to do our roof installation after the hail storm in May of 22. We are SO happy with our new roof and the job that the Impact crew did. They were professional and responsive and helped with any questions we had about the process (especially since we hadnt dealt with an insurance claim like this before). They identified rotting wood on the roof immediately and worked to fix the problem quickly during the install and kept us apprised on everything. Ive found it difficult to find hardworking, honest folks lately and recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you Impact!

We had a great experience! Taylor came out and inspected the roof and gave us a quote within 24 hours. I had questions and he was able to answer all of them for me.The crew that worked on our roof was great! From start to finish they were very professional. Our yard was so clean when they were finished.We also were in contact with Stateon the entire time. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He came by after the roof was done to make sure we were happy with the work.And a shout out to the ladies working the front desk. I wanted to drop in and share my experience with this incredible family owned and operated company! They completely transformed my home with a new metal roof, added vinyl siding, replaced windows, underpinning and doors.Ive known the owner Will for years. Hes an outstanding guy! As honest and professional as they come and even then some! Hes good people!Sweet Nancy and Erica in the office were always so kind and helpful. One lady there even took the time to show me pictures of the remodel Impact did on her home. Just her giving me that visual gave me hope for my place!I will share some before and after pictures.At the time, when Derick first came out to give an estimate I was a little unsure if my place was worth putting a lot of work into (1987 mobile home). He listened as I shared my concerns, answered all my questions, and with his knowledge in the field helped me decide what was needing to be addressed first in order to get the results I was looking for. He helped ease my mind about making the decision to move forward with remodeling the shell of my home. He could see what I couldnt. Looking at my place now I am just so grateful to him. For all his kindness, understanding and knowledge! He was there from start to finish, available through the entire process. I truly appreciate everything he did! Such an awesome guy!I next met with Taylor about installing the roof. He too was very knowledgeable in his field. Great guy with a wonderful sense of humor! They completed the job in one day. When I came home from work, I was in awe of that black metal roof! But I really fell in love with it when we got our first rain after it was installed! Nothing quite like the sound of rain on a tin roof! I absolutely love it! And it looks great!!Then I met with Jeff and his crew. This man knew his stuff and it shows!! They installed the windows, siding, underpinning and doors. I really enjoyed talking with them. First the new windows went in and were cased out beautifully on the inside! When I came home and seen that vinyl siding going up, I was in tears! The back deck, new steps on front porch, the underpinning with a custom made door to acess under the house, front and back storm doors. Everyday I was blown away by something! Jeff even cut the eye sore of a tongue off of the trailer for me! They went above and beyond! Went the extra mile in everything they did! Great crew! Wonderful fellas!Everyone I encounter working for this company were all very knowledgeable in each of their fields. They were all professional, genuine folks! Always on time. Everyone cleaned up behind themselves. I was impressed with how quickly everything got done between the holidays and all the rain weve had,but these guys made it happen!It was at that moment, when everything came together and was all finished...I could finally see what Derick seen from the very beginning!All my neighbors have complimented the place. A good friend of mine thats in this same line of work stopped by the other day to check it out. His first comment was these guys knew what they were doing, you can see it in all the little details, theyve had to been doing this for years.Their work speaks for itself. We love Impact Roofing! The staff is AMAZING! Always professional and pleasant and a joy to work with. We hired them to do some exterior remodeling on our home, new front entry, new windows and some vinyl trim work. I was in the market for a roof replacement (it was time) I reached out to several companies (6) Out of all of the quotes Impact roofing was the most detailed and detailed about the work they would do and specific details of what they would be providing. They had the longest warranty out of all other companies. They however were not the cheapest, but close. My experience with them through the whole process was great and any question I had regarding specifics they were prompt to find a resolution or answer. They were very responsive and never had an issue getting in contact with either Derek or Taylor their project manager was easy. On Install day their crew came out at 7:00 am on the dot and had my entire roof done and the yard cleaned and wrapped up by 4:30pm. It was amazing how well they worked to accomplish the task. My experience with this company has been awesome with no flaws that I could find. You should feel trust in doing business with them as in my opinion they were honest and will standby their work which shows how professional and prompt and responsive they were. A way a business should be run! 5 stars!

Our experience with Impact Roofing and Construction was really great. We had them rebuild our chimney which was in bad shape when we bought the house. We were quoted a bit lower by someone else, but still decided to go with Impact because of the difference in how thorough they were during the inspection, paired with the professional and upbeat attitude of their representatives. Sometimes you just get a good feeling about a company and its worth it to trust your instinct, even if someone else quotes you lower. In this case, we absolutely feel like we made the right choice. I can imagine so many ways in which things could have gone wrong had we used someone else! Impact really took their time to inspect the area, even going up into the attic to get a better look. They thoroughly explained the the process and answered questions in a very kind manner. I was concerned about a potential mold situation because of all the cracks in the old stucco chimney, and Im so comforted that they took the time to look in the wall around the fireplace and mitigate what little mold they did find. They finished the project on time, and the owner even came out on the last day to make sure all was well!Taylor was my point of contact throughout the process and we couldnt have asked for anyone better! He made us feel confident that our project was in good hands, and he turned our stressful situation into a positive experience all around. Im already planning a couple other projects for Impact, and hoping we get to work with Taylor again!

It was a delight working with Impact Roofing!First, the roof inspection was thorough. Next the bid was detailed and specified the work in detail; after reviewing we requested hot dipped nails be added which they promptly did. The bidprice wasnt the cheapest (but still good!) but we knew exactly what was going into our roof.Finally, the roof was installed with the products stated and was completed in the evening, except for some minor trim and cleanup which was accomplished the next morning.If you are looking for a roofer I strongly recommend Impact Roofing.

Impact Roofing & Construction fixed a preexisting structural issue with the rafters, replaced my roof and installed new gutters. I am very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship, professionalism in communication, the accompanying paperwork and the overall cost for the accomplished work. To the best of my knowledge they also offer the best warranty on the roof (15 years). Taylor was always on the other side on the phone line to answer my questions, address concerns or provide to-the-point advice. Throughout my interaction with the company I was under the impression that they strive to maintain high standards of working discipline and stand behind their workmanship. The paperwork was handled appropriately and the cost was reasonable for the quality of materials that they used. I wish there were more contractors in the area with that level of integrity.

We have two townhomes that needed new windows and a new front door .We got a couple of estimates to compare pricing and materials.Derrick came out and gave us a very detailed estimate for the windows and a future project . He let me know the start date as soon as the materials arrived.The team of Jeff, Scott, David and Alex were on site by 8:30 ready to work . They were courteous, organized and very efficient. I was impressed that they cleaned up as they worked in each room.The existing glass door was not installed properly and they needed to fix that along with replacing the front door . The attention to detail was very refreshing and the door looks great .We had some water damage around a few of the windows; they were able to fix that as well . The new windows really changed the look of the homes and I am excited about them being more energy efficient.I would recommend them for any home improvement/ renovation projects you may have ..It’s hard to find good customer service and quality work nowadays. Impact Roofing is a phenomenal company! They were the only company who was willing to replace my roof in 2 phases due to our extensive remodeling. I asked at least 5 different companies and they all said no! Owner of the company, Will Neuhaus saw that we needed help and he said to his staff to make it happen. Price was very competitive despite being done in 2 different phases. Derek,Ms Nancy and the roofing crew were all fantastic! The roof installation went smoothly which also included replacing 2 sky lights. First roof replacement was done in February and second phase was done in May. 15 year labor warranty is unheard of! We called them back to put a vent hood in the roof and despite short notice, they came out and helped make it happen! Outstanding price and workmanship as well as compassion is what makes this company great!

My next door neighbor who works in insurance told ne hands down, if this was her home she would reach out to Taylor at impact Roofing and construction. With all of the commotion going on in a tree literally on my roof I asked her if she could give him my information. Within 15 minutes of that conversation Taylor reached out to me and began talking to me about what was going on. He told me he had a guy at the office and a tree service company that could be by my home within the hour. Less than half an hour later Taylor and the gentleman pulled up and began assessing the damage and walking me through getting the tree off my house and the roof tarped up for the night. Taylor has painstakingly taken the time to walk through my home and talk me down off a ledge about the damage. Within 6 hours of his arrival the tree was gone, the tarps were up, and he was reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. Now Taylor is working diligently to get the insurance company to okay his professional quote and get the ball rolling on repairs. We have an older home with a flat porch roof. Over a period of time the porch roof developed a leak. We didnt know how bad it was until the metal flashing was removed. There was extensive rot damage. Impact Roofing and Construction removed all the rotted wood and put a new roof on with a pitch so the rainwater would run off into our new gutters. We now have a structurally sound porch that looks fantastic! Retrofitting an existing structure is difficult at best. The skill and craftsmanship of the crew was excellent. Someone came out and did an estimate on-site, thoroughly explaining the different types of roofing, with pros and cons, price differences, as well as longevity for each option. My father was pleased with the quick response he received after his initial call to them, as well as the professionalism from every person he interacted with, from the office to the workers.The crew was punctual and well prepared to do the job, working nonstop from sun up to sun down for two days. The working crew was mindful of our property, moving some decorative landscaping items away from the house, covering the landscaping around the perimeter of the house, and took the time to clean up behind themselves, returning the decorative landscaping items, cleaning/sweeping off the porch, patio, walkways, and driveway. The only thing that has been a bit of a task for us has been finding roofing nails/tacks on the ground/flower beds/etc in close proximity to the perimeter of the house. Since grandchildren and young great grandchildren are frequently visiting, Ive been extremely meticulous in trying to find any potential last bit of stray tacks/nails. Weve walked around several times with a heavy duty magnet on a handle picking up tacks and were still finding some here and there. However, that being said, I want to emphasize that the crew did spend some time before they left the last day attempting to clean up these things. Its expected to find some more here and there, so I am not complaining at all and wanted to reiterate that the crew put real effort into cleaning up behind themselves.My father had requested brochures on the products used on his house for records sake, and Maggie personally stopped by to hand deliver them to my father.Conclusion: Professionalism was noticeable, employees worked hard, workmanship was excellent, and Impact Roofing gained a happy customer. Taylor helped us to work with the insurance company to cover the entire cost of the roof replacement. Not to mention, the price quoted was extremely reasonable! Then, he quickly got his crew out here and they were able to finish replacing the entire roof in ONE day before the next storm rolled through! From start to finish, Impact Roofing and Construction was a delight to work with -- a statement that I never thought that I would make about a roofing company. Taylor was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the process. The same can be said of Patrick. The crew was on time, courteous, and efficient. Once the job was finished, the crew stayed additional time to clean up the debris that remained.One of the things that impressed me most about the company was how efficiently everything was done, from start to finish. I called Taylor on a Tuesday and had the contract signed the same day. The following Monday, I paid my down payment for the work, and they had the materials delivered the very next day. The crew came two days later and had the whole roof finished in one day. By Friday, Patrick came and picked up the leftover materials. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to get everything done.And finally, there was the pricing. While some additional decking had to be put down due to some rot, the final cost of the roof still came in about $4000 less than the same job, as quoted by a different company.For the price, the professionalism, the courtesy, and the quality, you couldnt do better. I would readily use them again!Thank you, Impact, for making this process a breeze!

We got a quote right there and then and didn’t have to have both spouses in attendance. Don’t ask me why the other guys all insisted on both spouses be in attendance.We put half down and paid the remaining half after completion. Jeff and Scott who installed the new windows were efficient and knew what they were doing. The entire project was completed in 1.5 days. Not to mention that their pricing was competitive as well. They are the only home repair/construction type company that has showed up on time to provide a quote that I’ve ever worked with (I know that’s sad, but it’s so common in this industry). They had great communication and Taylor provided multiple updates throughout the day while they replaced my roof. The ladies in the office (Nancy and another one who answers the phone but I can’t recall her name) are organized and professional (which is also usually lacking in this industry). The crew was courteous and worked hard. As a major plus the price they quoted me was significantly lower (1/3rd) than another local company! So you get great service and communication at a very competitive price!

Austin made sure to stay on top of the scheduling and make sure all of my questions were answered. Impact just came to replace my roof and gutters and I was very impressed. Their price was better than some of the other places I shopped around at. Its an older house that wasnt maintained very well but they were able to reflash the chimney and fix the leak(s).I was worried the price would be a lot higher than originally quoted because of the damage but only had to pay $150 more for 2 extra sheets of OSB. Their detail was also good with the angle of the singles to direct water and a small flair to help flow water away from the chimney. Left the area cleaner than they found it as well.

Will Neuhaus was quick to respond, and after a thorough inspection, which included a drone with images, he advised that I contact my insurance company. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and put everything back in its place that had to be moved. Cant say enough good things about Impact Construction and their quality work.
