    I contacted and left a message this morning I received a call back later in the day. I explained my situation that the tarp that had been put on was completely shredded and I had a large section of roof missing to where my attic was exposed and that there was a chance of rain tomorrow. Paul Francis contacted his person and when I got home they were already setting up to start covering my damage which is not easy because my roof is so steep. They worked even after dark. I will be forever grateful for all the help I received today. 5 stars is not enough I would go higher than that if it was possible.

    The Depend-A-Coat team replaced and coated all of the siding, trim, and some of the soffit and fascia on the front of our house. It was a big job made more difficult by rain off and on throughout the week but they stuck to it, worked long hours when necessary, and the end result is fantastic. We also wanted to improve the design of the front porch trim and they were able to come up with a way to make that happen that looks so much better than it did previously. We could not be happier with the appearance and quality of the work they did, and we expect it to last and continue to look good for many, many years. I would also add that they thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished and left no mess behind. We highly recommend the Martinez Depend-A-Coat team.

    From co-owner, Paul Francis, Sr., to project manager, Oscar and the entire crew, I could not be more pleased with the professional manner in which the work on my home was performed. Fascia, eaves and the front door and surround look fresh and new again.Im particularlyimpressed by the lifetime architectural warranty on non-moving features (for my work, that includes everything except the front door). The crew was prompt, polite and skilled in both necessary repairs as well as product application. Upon completion, everything was lest in pristine condition.Peace of mind is mine as eaves and fascia will never again be an issue.I got some DependaCoat. You get you some.     We used DependaCoat to paint our home and deck. The entire experience was seamless from initial contact through project completion. Jonathan was consistently available to talk about project status and his team was on time and diligent with their work daily. They identified and replaced many areas of rotten wood (we actually didn’t realize how much we had!) and painted our home beautifully. We’ve had many comments from our neighbors about how good our home looks and it’s lasted for years now. If you’re looking to freshen up your home then you’ve found the right folks!

    Jonathan and his team from DependaCoat are *the best*. They showed up on time for every appointment leading up to the job, worked hard to solve some complicated wood rot problems on my 130+ year old wood siding house while minimizing cost, did an absolutely amazing prep job (10 times more thorough than the previous time we had the house painted), constantly checked with us as progress was being made to make we were happy, and ultimately, produced gorgeous results. And their price was totally reasonable considering the quality of the prep, quality of the paint, precision application, and commitment to long-term maintenance and durability. The crew spent 5 weeks at our house (it was a big project) and worked hard every minute. They were always kind to our kids (we homeschool) and were such a good example of what it means to dedicate yourself to your work and not cut corners. At the end, cleanup was immaculate. Couldnt be happier. Definitely give them a call and let them give you a quote.

    I now have a DependaCoat and DependaRoof home. I love it. I not only have guaranteed workmanship, but I have a beautiful house. The whole DependaCoat family was awesome.     I rent a home in Jackson, SC and my landlord needed entire house painted and tin roof pressure washed so she went with DependaCoat. The first meeting with Owner Jonathan Vick went very well and my landlord decided to go with higher price due to age of home. Oscar Cabrera and his team came out and started job on a Wednesday and finished on Saturday and Oscar and his team went above and beyond for me and my landlord. I would use DependaCoat again and would highly recommend to others for the painting of ones home.

    After the ice storm we had all our pine trees removed from our yard. With no shade the paint faded extremely fast. We priced painters and the average cost was between 4-5 grand to paint a 2 story home that required 3 types of colors. Yellow for the house, green for the trim and shutters and 2 doors, and white for one door and our railings and for our picket fence. The house had been painted around 6yrs prior to that. Dependacoat has a lifetime warranty. During pressure washing our outside utility room door blew apart. They replaced it with a better door at no additional cost. They also replaced wood that we had no idea had gone bad. Granted, it takes a little longer than just painting, but in my opinion it is worth it! It also helped to seal the house up. We definitely noticed it was cooler in the summer. I am pleased with the results and I am writing this review 2yrs after I had this done to see how it would hold up thru the harsh summers and wet winters we have.

    I had DependaCoat strip and install their product on my fifteen hundred square feet four tier deck about four years ago. I had pressure washed my deck every year for twelve years and even stained it myself twice. I wanted to do something that would alleviate me having to do this every year, time after time. DependaCoat came out stripped the deck down, applied their product and all I have to do now is rinse it off with soap and a hose and is all done. They also went the extra yard and did several things that I didnt realize needed to be done without asking. This product has saved me hours if not days of preparation every year.

    This company only deserves a ONE STAR rating but since most of you won’t take the time to look at poor ratings, I gave them five stars so you could see my complaint.The crew started in December. They started out well and initially I was impressed—but that soon vanished.They started coming late and leaving early without telling me anything.They sprayed paint in cold windy weather without adequate protection and my vinyl siding, tree, bushes and even my neighbor’s bushes ended up with dots of pink, red, and white paint all over them.They mixed paint in my front yard, spilling it all over my lawn, bushes, and tree, which I had to clean up myself.One Sunday I went outside to discover water flowing from my front yard down the street. I found that my garden hose had been left running fully open since the previous Friday afternoon. Underneath my house had flooded with 3 to 4 inches of water.They applied paint over caulking that was not dry yet; it took months to dry and now chunks of paint are peeling away from the area. Paint is peeling in other places as well.The person who made the claim that you “never have to paint again” became almost impossible to reach. Their “guarantee” also wouldn’t hold up in court.I took videos and photos for anyone who has any interest in seeing their shoddy work.

    They basically left a few guys here unattended to do the work. I had to manage them and tell them what the boss man didnt. The workers did try to cut corners and I did have to have them come back and fix what they didnt do. They were nice to work with, and they did show up which isnt easy to find in Augusta. A lot of people never show up or even return calls for a quote. In that way they were professional. I suppose I would use them again knowing this because price wise they were the best.
