    I had an excellent experience working with Jersey Boys Plumbing. I had a broken garbage disposal and they came out and replaced it within 2 days. The communication from scheduling was excellent and thorough, the technicians were professional and timely, and our new disposal works wonderfully. Even more so, we had a follow up issue with our dishwasher after the install, and Jersey Boys came out and rectified that issue quickly and at no charge to us. This is an excellent service company and well worth your business for any home plumbing needs!

    Jason and Bob were so helpful and kind when they came out to replace my hot water heater. Appreciate the friendly service, the walk through of payment options and how quickly they got someone out to take a look at things.     A Shout Out to Jersey Boys Plumbing! I have utilized their services twice this fall and have found them to be highly competent and fairly priced. They located and repaired a leak in my hot water line and installed a new faucet in one of our bathrooms that turned out to be a fairly complicated procedure. The techs also confirmed that our Water Lines are copper.

    Had a gas leak emergency and needed repairs before the temperatures dropped. The boys were able to not only identify potential leaks, and fix them, but also fixed a leak we had in one of our water pipes and properly install our dryer and its vent. Its been two weeks and havent had any issues! Thanks to Bob, Ethan, Steve& John for the quick repair over that afternoon!

    From the very first call to discover the specific plumbing issue through his truck pulling out of our driveway, job completed, Ethan and the team at Jersey Boys Plumbing were professional, polite, patient with our questions and concerns.Upon arrival, he respectfully placed a floor mat, donned shoe covers, and got to work.He diagnosed the problem, gave a selection of options for solving the issue, described best options and costs, and when approved, he immediately set to get supplies and repair.Ethan is very polite, respectful, and tidy; cleaning everything as he completed the project.     I had then come out to assess a leak in the basement. They were very professional, and very respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers and even put down a mat.     I am a plumber myself. I had a long time customer move out of my area and into New Jersey. This customer had an issue and they wanted me to give them a recommendation. I did not know anybody in the area so they found Jersey Boys on their own. Apparently, this company did such a great job that the customer felt the need to call me just to let me know how awesome these guys were. If anyone goes out of the way to call their old Plumber and brag about their current service provider, you know the company must be killing it. Just one plumber to another saying, good job by all over at Jersey Boys.

    Superior service! We called on a Saturday morning for an issue with our sump pump and were able to get an appointment same day. Within minutes of my call I received a call that a technician was actually available right away. Jarrett was at our house in less than an hour and had us back up and running in no time.     Matt and Juan Were here as they said they would be they started right away after assessing the situation.They found my problem , they kept me informed as to what was going . They explained what 1 of the pipes and the trap and the fact that this problem has been coming and coming and I finally just hit the point .     They were able to replace a flexible gas line that was connected behind my stove with a hard pipe that connected to our gas line in the basement. We called so many companies and either no answer/ call back or they didn’t service our area. Jersey boys did the job the same week and within a 2 hour time frame.     Chris was great. This is the 4th time I had a plumber out to clear my line. The first 3 did not fix the issue and charged me a lot of money. Chris from the Jersey Boys said he wasn’t leaving until everything was cleaned out and clear.. mind you the backup was so bad. The entire first floor was flooded along with some of the basement.     The plumber, Ken, came fixed my leaking sink today. He made sure he went through all the best options for us as far as pricing goes. He informed us about the membership and financing.     I have used Jersey Boys at my work a now my home. I envy how well this company operates. The office is seasoned and knows the service you need. Your service is scheduled asap. You get a window for the service then a text with the technicians photo. Then a call when they are on their way. The price is reasonable you can pay with a card then they email you your receipt. I coincidentally got Ken for my both of my services and highly recommend him.If you need anything related to your service you can call the office and they will kindly and professionally answer.It would be amazing if more companies operated like Jersey boys. Finding a Plummer in general was intimidating and frustrating I am so glad I found them.

    I had a great experience using Jersey Boys Plumbing. I was in an emergent situation with a plumbing problem the Sat afternoon before the Christmas holiday. Everyone at Jersey Boys from Ashley who handled my initial phone call to Kenny who responded within a couple hours were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Kenny was able to use a temporary fix to get me thru the weekend with water. Due to the late hour and a part not being available, Jarrett arrived early Tues morning and finished the repair. Jarrett also provided valuable recommendations that will help me moving forward. I’d highly recommend Jersey Boys plumbing to everyone.

The technician sent out was courteous (called on his way to the house early Sunday morning, and even offered my wife and I coffee), on-time and very professional.     Had a new garbage disposal put in. Googled ahead of time how much this should all cost so I knew what to expect.Out of professionalism, I won’t get into the price. I won’t give the over inflated price nor the price we agreed on. What I will say is that the individual they sent out came within range of what Google told me this should cost.That’s why it’s not 5 stars. They are WAY expensive. We as customers shouldn’t have to talk them down. The fair market price should be given upfront. But they did a good job and answered all my questions. They explained in detail why I needed a new disposal and what broke on my old one. The plumber was friendly and conducted himself well.

    Jersey Boys sent Chris Q to our house about an hour and a half after our initial call. Chris called on his way to provide an ETA and even offered to bring us coffee! What!? Chris was able to determine the cause of our issue (water leak from upper level bathroom down through kitchen ceiling) and replace our toilet all within a couple hours. Total cost was very reasonable! While Chris was in our home, he was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. We’re happy with our decision to call JB today and are now proud ‘boys for life.’

    Definitely on the expensive side, but sometimes you get what you pay for! Chris was courteous, professional, and on time. He did great work and explained everything to me. My bathroom sink now drains properly (and has the proper piping!). He also installed a water supply line for my new refrigerator. He even cleaned up after he was done.     We had a toilet leak coming from our upstairs bathroom through our kitchen ceiling. Ken came in and got straight to work asked a few questions and in no time located the issue. I made a decision and he left to pick up the materials he would need to do the job. In less than 3 hours my issues were completed.     Our water heater crapped out and I placed a call with Jersey Boys. They scheduled me the same day and gave me a good window that the tech would arrive. The tech was friendly and prompt. He’s explained how their service worked and after his inspection, I was given several options of replacement. The tech went on to explain each option without pressure or leaning one way or the other. I chose the option that worked best for my company and the new water heater was installed same dayCould not be more happy (maybe if it was free but just saying) with the service
