We bought a pool last summer when Fehl’s was going out of business. Where we live a fence is required, so we waited to put our pool up this summer. My husband had initially put the pool up himself. When we went to fill it- we quickly realized that it wasn’t level- one side was deeper then the other. We called a few places and no one had any advice or help for us. Until we got ahold of Kimmel Installations. My mother in law left a voicemail which was returned the next day ( we called after hours)! Mr. Kimmel came out the same day and looked at our issue. Much to our surprise- he was able to come the following day to fix our pool. He worked for hours with his children. What should have been an easy fix turned into taking the whole pool down and putting it back up. Double the work and he only charged us his normal installation fee.As if that wasn’t enough, 2 days later we had a small issue with water leaking out of the skimmer, and he was going to drive back to our house to fix it. According to the gps our town is about 40 minutes away! His genuine concern for our problem was appreciated! He was very personable, as were his children. Wonderful service.

Great installation. I fired the installer who I initially had scheduled. Kimmel and his team were responsive, on time and polite. They not only installed the pool but picked the sand up for me as well, which the other guy was going to have me do. They were also more cost effective than the other company. With every penny knowing the pool is installed correctly to last.

Can’t say enough good things, Jason and his sons did a fantastic job! He took all my worries and concerns away and the pool looks great! Came out right away after I shared a small concern I had with the liner after having the pool filled which couldn’t be done at the same time as the installation. I highly recommend couldn’t ask for a nicer guy who does quality work.

They did a very good job installing my new liner. I would recommend them to anybody for pool service. They said if I see anything that looks wrong to call him and he would come back and check it. It was well worth the money to have him install the new liner. The

I had Mr Kimmel put in one of my pools 20 years ago and its still standing to this day and when I moved to a new location I bought a fells pool from Agway and Mr Kimmel put that one in also so far hes installed the three of my pools and two pools for family members with no problems theyre all working to this day
