We recently had the pleasure of working with CB Constructs on a bathroom remodel. We were nervous at first, because past experience with contractors had not gone smoothly. But there was no reason to worry, from start to finish this project went wonderfully. The scope of the project was to take a tiny half bath and expand to add in a shower, requiring borrowing space from two other rooms, and remodeling the entire bathroom.They presented a budget and stuck to it. The quality of their work was superb. Every little detail I wanted was taken care of. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up each evening before they left. They took great care to keep the mess contained during the day, so my family could move about as needed. They even finished on time, and were able to switch out some light fixtures in other rooms that I added to the project.They were friendly and the whole process was great. They have my full recommendation for any project, and I plan to use them again in the future.

We hired Codey and his crew to replace our roof with a metal roof and to build our deck. They were amazing every step of the way! They kept us informed on everything they were doing solved any problems as far as scope of work and were just generally awesome to work with. The deck is amazing! Even my very detailed brother who owns his own firm in Indiana came down looked it over from top to bottom and declared it some of the best work he’d ever seen. We couldn’t be happier with the roof and deck! Thanks again to CB and crew y’all are fantastic to work with and we can’t wait to see what you do with our kitchen!

CB Constructs built exactly what we asked for, and at a reasonable price. We needed a 75-foot-long railroad tie wall that was built in 1992 replaced with an Allan Block wall and they delivered. It was a technical build on a steeply sloping terrain around an active driveway. Id recommend them again for this work.

Codey and his team did an AMAZING job removing the old, dated and unattractive stipple from the ceilings throughout my townhouse. Even more, they were willing and able to work with my very tight timeline and worked overtime to finish the job in three days! Codey is a true pleasure to work with. Prompt, communicative, flexible, capable and an all around nice guy. Highly recommend!

Responsive and professional crew that handled several roof issues and re-shingled our extended screen porch since the previous work wasnt up to code along with chimney flashing. Codeys team did an amazing job building us a screened-in porch that weve been pining for since we moved into our house. The process of quoting and preparation was so easy and seamless. Alex and his crew were friendly and attentive. They were communicative and patient and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process. They were respectful of our property and our fur/feather babies the whole time. We appreciated how they handled changes and bumps in the road, and the end result was a beautiful outdoor space that we are going to enjoy every possible chance we get. We definitely recommend CB and look forward to future projects with them.

A tree fell on our house during a storm, leaving a hole in our house and roof. CB Constucts responded immediately to my urgent situation, coming right out to help. They were friendly, caring and professional, both when I talked with them and when they came to do the work. They helped me navigate working with the insurance company. Their work was excellent and for a very reasonable price. They definitely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend CB Constucts.

We had a deck built around a swim spa (you can see pictures on their website). Overall, we are very happy with the outcome. What we needed was a bit tricky, with partly removable areas for maintenance. There were a few false starts, and some inefficiencies (e.g., several holes got dug and re-dug more than once, the staining took 2 attempts) and we had to intervene a few times in the process, but they were always responsive and adjusted as needed and the final result is of high quality and exactly what we wanted. At the beginning of the project, we got a few estimates from other companies, and CB Constructs was very reasonable (not the absolute lowest, but close) and given the quality of the work, I think it was the right choice going with them. We will definitely consider them again for future projects.
